The staff is friendly & helpful and I like receiving texts the tell me what medication and what price to expect.

I bought 2 packs of Covid test kit. The guy checking out the kits did not let me check the boxes before l left. When I opened one of the kits at home, I realized that one of test card is not sealed.

Pharmacist says medicine will be ready tomorrow at 3pm. I arrive, pharmacist says they can’t give me medicine, they say that they can’t give me the medicine because it was a larger dosage than previously when I last picked it up…..which my doctor prescribed.

They did not call me to tell me it would not be ready, instead I wasted 30minutes of my life with a pharmacist who doesn’t know their job is to pour pills as the doctor prescribes.

Pharmacist apparently should be running a doctors office because he knows more than my doctor!

Joke of a pharmacy. Pharmacist is clueless.

This is easily the worst pharmacy experience I've ever had. Efficiency is not their strength, nor is speed. When checking out, the cashier was extremely confused when I asked if she would apply my insurance. For whatever reason, insurance has to be applied by the actual pharmacist during the filling process. It would have made more sense for them to have taken my insurance when I was “dropping off” my Rx. At 5:20pm, only one cashier was working while there were 4-5 pharmacists working in back. After I’d waited 25 minutes in line to pick up, I was sent to go wait again and basically moved to the back of the line while the pharmacists added my insurance. What should have been a 10-15 minute max process took me over 40 minutes...

Unorganized, incompetent, and can’t even fill prescriptions in a timely manner. How do you have 4 days to fill 3 prescriptions and still unable to successfully do so? Avoid this pharmacy at all costs. I’ll literally pay double the price to avoid this place.

This is the worst run pharmacy I've shopped at. 5 people in the pharmacy filling prescriptions and 1 person left to check people out. Whoever runs this place needs to be replaced.
