AT&T Store

Jay and Leesa were terrific! They went the extra mile worked as a team. At one point Jay who was helping me and helped me previously asked Leesa to help out put on my screen protector. I asked who was better at it ? She said she was and Jay nodded his head . It’s a team game customer service and it is not lacking with these two! ☺

Blake Shelton was Awesome & took great care of us! He was such a handsome, professional young man. We were very grateful for his extra care he gave us. He made sure we were completely taken care of. He deserves to be recognized as a Amazing Sales Consultant.

Marco was awesome today when he helped me upgrade my phone! He was patient, thorough, walked me through a few options and gave me honest advice. I didn't feel any pressure to make a purchase I didn't want, and felt like I was making the most informed decisions possible. Special shoutout to Sheena, who was at the table next to us and just going above and beyond to help a more senior customer. Sheena really took the time and went the extra mile to help an individual who may not have been super tech-savvy to feel educated about their devices. Kudos Sheena, and kudos Marco. Thanks yall

I made the mistake of leaving AT&T for T-Mobil. I was met at the door by Marco who was very understanding and worked very hard to switch my account back to AT&T. When trying to get the AARP discount, he hit a snag due to a name change on my AARP card. He was so very patient, explaining everything as he worked. Thought we had it fixed and I left the store, EXTREMELY satisfied. However, a week later, I was rejected for the discount again due to the name thing. This time I was helped by Justin, who also worked very hard to correct the problem. Thought it was fixed, then again a week later, rejected. Marco again helped me, always being so very pleasant and professional. NONE OF THIS PROBLEM WAS AT&T'S FAULT !!!!!!! but these two young men worked very hard so a Senior Citizen could get a discount. I am so very impressed with the Customer Service at this Hwy 288 location. Fault was with AARP!!! I give Marco and Justin TEN stars!!!!! Both very professional and knowledgeable!! Thank you, Marco and Justin !!!

Sheena helped me trade in my device. She was super nice and helpful! Would definitely recommend asking for her if you go to the AT&T on Loop 288.

Jay was fantastic helping us send my son’s phone back after multiple attempts with customer service. He was polite, respectful and had the patience of a saint! Thanks for making that stressful situation so much better!

Jay aka Jack Harlow and Dante were AMAZING got us great deals and showed us great perks on our new phones! Ask for them if you ever go to this store location! We are definitely happy with our purchase

My representative was wonderful! I believe his name was Justin? I'm so sorry if I'm getting that wrong, I'm awful with names. He was super personable and helped me out tremendously with getting my phone traded in. It was a super quick and easy process and I was in and out in no time flat with some accessories for my phone, too. He even put the screen protector on for me! Anyways, he's definitely someone who y'all should keep around and I hope he's still there when I trade in my phone again for the next upgrade!

The only reason I’m giving 5 stars is only because Marco was able to fully resolve an issue that another salesperson had caused. They put the wrong shipping address for some cellphones and for over a week, I was told by customer support it would be resolved in a certain time frame after which the phone would have already been delivered. Literally my last resort was going to this store to try to get a refund for phones I never received and can’t access. Customer support couldn’t help me, ups or fedex couldn’t help me. Marco was the only person to actually make an effort in helping me and fixing this issue. His manager Braylon was as fantastic in helping him resolve this issue as well. Both of them didn’t make the mistake as took the time out of their shifts to help me. It took at least 2 days in the store to figure out how to resolve it, both of which were on top of it and killing it. Because of them I was able to get a promotion deal that had expired because of the original sales persons error; they were able to uphold it and I’m extremely grateful and thankful for their help. I would seriously recommend these two for any issues you are having with AT&T

I loved the At&t store The staff was great. They fixed all the problems that I had with the person that came to my house that knocked on my door. The people that came to my house were very nice but they messed up so much paperwork and the options that I got for my phone were horrible GO TO THE STORE DON'T DO THE AT HOME SALES

I Want To First Of All Say, The Store Is So Beautiful When You Walk In , And It Smells Good. The Workers There Treat You With The Up Most Respect. I Was So Happy With The Great Service And The Deal I Got With My Phone Plan. I Appreciate AT&T Very Much . Very Satisfying And Recommend Others To Come There.

Dante was fire, people always talk smack about how difficult AT&T visits can be. If you want to experience the new AT&T I'd recommend stopping here before any other store. They definitely know their stuff!!!!

Super helpful and knowledgeable staff, especially Kayla and Alex. They helped me immensely when I bought my new phone recently. If the manager is reading this, give those two a raise!

Dante met us at the door and explained our options, was very helpful in selecting products that met our needs, as well as speaking in plain English so we weren't confused with Tech speak. Top man.

We came in with some issues regarding our new plan and Kayla and her awesome team were there every step of the way. She took about 2 hours out of her busy day to help us and make sure that we felt important to our new phone providers. :)

I was helped both by Brittany and Gilbert, at different times, and found both of them to be friendly and very helpful. This was my best experience at this particular store.
