There was no helper....but books speak for themselves. I went in found what I was looking for...that's why I gave it 5 stars bc I love books..however had I been helped I would of left the store with more I'm sure. Do book stores no longer offer book marks?

This Barnes & Nobles has a good selection of books and games. The staff are warm and friendly as well.

I always love going to Barnes and noble, great service and they have stuffed animals, board games, and fun little knick knacks.

They have most all items in stock that I was looking for. The item they did not have on stock they were quick to offer to order it for me. Very polite and helpful.

I turned off my phone and decided to go buy books and CDs. Barnes and Noble is exactly the same. Since I was pretending it was 1995 it was great! I bought 4 hard cover books. There's nothing like actually taking a book in your hands and just finding some quiet time to read. The books were a little pricey, but the experience is what I paid for! The staff was very attentive and pleasant.

By the way, you can't turn back time. I lasted less than 24 hours, and I'd already turned my phone. You can't function as a human anymore without a phone.

Did my Christmas shopping there last week. Great customer service and good selection on legos!

This store has more then just books. It also had a story time area with a stage where the read to the kids.

We each bought a book or two, stayed and had coffee or other drinks, and a snack. We had a good time together. Pretty much what you'd expect at B&N!

My kids adore coming here and we still enjoy reading as many books as we can handle. So glad to have a bookstore that has so much to offer in our area. Staff are always so friendly.

Always loje there books and the fact they got Starbucks in this one inpaticular I love it

Great help with what I needed to find! Super friendly staff and helpful! If they don't have what you need they will help you either find where else you can get it or pre order if they have it on there listings.

The staff here is very helpful and kind. They worked so well with us on getting a cheesecake for a family member’s birthday. It was quick, they precut it and it was so delicious! And we got it right here in Denton instead of driving 30 minutes away to the nearest Cheesecake Factory! We love that you can buy a whole REAL Cheesecake Factory cheesecake right here in the cafe!

Their customer service is amazing: I called and talked with Jackson about two different books. The first one was available, but Jackson put me on hold and actually went to make sure! This is superb customer service. Then, when my second book choice wasn't available he explained the process so smoothly for a book order that takes a week.

I called back again about Friday's hours since it was a holiday and a young woman answered: I don't know her name, unfortunately. She wasn't completely sure about the hours, but also said she would double-check. I appreciate her attitude and consideration. Barnes & Noble, your staff is wonderful!!

As a bookstore, this place is excellent. Great rotation of history book especially, wonderful staff, and great place overall. Don’t think I’ll be going to a BN any longer though due to how they’re changing the subscription. $40 bucks a month for a discount that still won’t match the price elsewhere or online is just too much.

Snow, if you get to see this, you are awesome! I went to this location two months ago and I ask for three separate genres I was looking for but not sure what I wanted from each one. She took me around the store and gave incredible insight on over 15 books all the while helping my sister as well! She knows her stuff and her recommendations were spot on. I don’t tend to leave reviews but this was a different level of customer service. Promote this woman!!

This is the best book store I been to and I got the sonic exiclopdea from this place.

Found the Manga section and Bleach books. Also found an Ichigo Kurosaki action figure. My husband will be excited on his bday!

The people are warm and friendly. Overall good shopping experience. Love the coffee shop. My knitting groop meets there and staff is always friendly.
