Very nice first time visit! Staff was warm and welcoming. Office and op was very clean. My hygienists name is Lisa, she was very friendly, gentle and professional. Dr. Keh was also very friendly and professional during my exam. No complaints, will definitely be back!

Dr. Jeff and his entire staff are very nice, professional, fast in getting you an appt, same day if an emergency, and cares SO much about you, and they even call and check to make sure your doing well if you had a procedure that day. I recommend them to anyone needing dental work! And, Bonus! Our son is petrified of dentists from bad past experiences, but he ALWAYS looks forward to seeing Dr. Jeff! Love his team!

(I apologize for the odd account name in advance) I am a new resident to the Katy area only living here for 4 years and still adjusting. The office wasn't the biggest (kind of out of their control) but the furniture was nice and comfy which is what matters a lot to me. The process was streamlined in my opinion, the receptionists were very experienced, and the waiting time wasn't bad. I was really satisfied with the information conveyed to me and how realistic these doctors were! Definitely staying with this dentistry for awhile.

I have been coming for last 5 years and have had extensive work done. Each time I walk
in the door, I am instantly greeted by name.
They will work with you and prepare a plan
of treatment.The hygienist, Jenessa, is a joy to work with and extremely trained and certified.
The office staff, Selena, is always pleasant and
flexible to work with your schedule.

Wonderful doctor, hygienist, and assistants, excellent and friendly office staff, just overall great place to go for dental needs. Dr. Jeff has begun the process to heal and correct an error made by another dentist several years ago that no other dentist would listen to me about. He actually listened and made sure that it could be fixed correctly and I can be pain-free again. Janessa, is probably the BEST hygienist ever! She makes you comfortable and at ease and the dynamic between her and Dr. Jeff, the whole office actually, is just fantastic. I really feel like they care, no, I know they care. I am so happy with Katy Family Dental Group!

We love Katy Family Dental Group. We switched to them due to the fact the front office guy was always smiling and waving from the desk when I would bring my kids to the office across the hall. I believe we were one of the beginning families and very happy about the decision I made. Other families members has switched to them as well since then. They team is very personable, welcoming, and make you feel at home. All my girls enjoy coming. The dentist is not a bad place to be when your part of this family group. I like it very much. The attitude of the dentist and staff is very good. The skills are really superb. Every individual has a very good attitude. When I brought my son here, they helped me take care of it. My son, then I went to the dentist. The overall process was very good and it didn't hurt at all. I will be back. Thank you so much today!

This was the best experience I’ve at a dentist office!! The staff are so kind and patient !
I was nervous going in and they were all very patient during my procedure . The dentist and his assistant were so kind to me because I was having a difficult time calming down , but they let me take a minute or more like 5 minutes to get myself together! My husband was the first person in my family to use this office so I then made appointments for me and my two teenagers ....all of us had the best experience!

This staff is so amazing! They really go out of their way to make sure their patients are comfortable. They are professional and personable. I would highly recommend them to anyone that may have a bit of nervousness about seeing a dentist. They have also instituted the latest procedures recommended by state and federal regulations to combat Covid-19 so we felt really safe going to them. They do excellent work. I couldn't be happier with our visits!

I just completed my second visit to Katy Family Dental. Everyone knows my name and I know theirs. Dr. Jeff is very professional and considerate. The dental work that he did for me was done very well and efficient. It didn’t take very long and was done right the first time. ‘This was a great dental experience. I feel like I’m dealing with good friends. I see why they maintain a 5 Star rating.

Dr Jeff is amazing along with the staff. I had to have about 2 1/2 hours work of stuff done on the same day and they made me feel so comfortable. I do not like going to the dentist ever since I was a kid but Dr Jeff made sure I felt no pain the whole time and he did a great job. Wonderful experience! Definitely referring friends and family!

Worked tirelessly to get my treatment approved by my insurance. I have to say that Dr. Jeff gives the best injections I have ever had...He was so gentle. Office staff was great. First dental experience without nitrous oxide...I usually will not consider treatment without because I am a nervous patient...But Dr Jeff and his staff were great. I definitely will recommend.

Dr.Keh and his staff are so nice and patient! I’ve only been twice but they’re also very punctual. You can tell that they genuinely care. I also appreciate being able to watch Disney+ on a personal screen while I wait.

Dr. Jeff and his staff were great! I had an emergency and they were able to see me quickly. They listened and took care of me extraordinarily. Dr. Jeff was able to diagnose my issues and explain them to me in a very understandable way. I now have a clear and easy plan of action to make my teeth happy and healthy. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Maknojia. She took the time to review and explain my X-rays and pictures with me and did a thorough job with the cleaning. She took care to make sure that I was comfortable throughout the entire process. I will definitely see her again for my dental needs!

Absolutely wonderful office! I went here on a referral from a coworker and it was the best decision I’ve made since moving to the area. The staff is very welcoming and their service is second to none. I can honestly say the entire staff here is first class and they made my visit to their office the best experience I’ve ever had at a dental office. Selena at the front desk and Janessa my Hygienist are rock stars! This office is a gem in the Katy community.

I have always felt at ease going for my dental checkups here. Janessa makes my 8 year old feel comfortable during cleaning and that‘s pretty awesome. Dr Keh is a professional and his gentle, friendly manner puts all my other dentists to shame. He performed a baby root canal on my 8 year old who was calm throughout the procedure. Not traumatized one bit. Highly recommend Katy Family Dental!!

I love Dr. Jeff and the team! Janessa is super sweet and very caring. Everyone in there is so nice. I had some issues with insurance at the beginning but they took care of everything. I’ve had some terrible experiences with other dentists in the past and now with Dr. Jeff, I don’t have to worry about those issues. I’m not so nervous when I visit them now! I can’t recommend Katy Family Dental Group enough!
