Krista is amazing! I decided to buy the house on a whim! who does that right? She was by my side assisting me with anything and everything that came up. This was my first home I purchased on my own. She made it easy. She came skipping into my office one day🤩🤩 her personality is electrifying her service is just as exceptional. She was able to look into the history of the home I chose, helping me to be comfortable in my decision. Krista gave me a timeline of dates and things that I had to take care of. when something changed, she updated it for me. even when I didn't have time to read it, she checked up on me to keep me on track🫠 I would recommend her to anyone!!

I would like to say Shirley is amazing! She helped us navigate our way through a difficult time. My father passed away unexpectedly last summer. My siblings and I all live in California. As we are trying to grieve, we also had to take on the responsibilities of getting his affairs in order, which included the sale of his home. Shirley initially listed the home as is and there was minimal foot traffic for several weeks. After evaluating the situation , she recommended a few minor repairs, like replacing the carpet and a fresh coat of paint to make the house a little more updated. The house sold quickly after Shirley helped us facilitate those updates. What I thought might be a difficult process, Shirley was able to make it a less stressful situation. Her many years of expertise, compassion, and willingness to go the extra mile was just what we needed.

We have used Janine Birkhimer as our realtor many times for both buying and selling. She does exceptional work, and makes the process easy and stress free.
