I really love going to Walgreens but getting people in the pharmacy to answer a phone and not hang up on you two or three times as they say by accident... Is frustrating to deal with. But other than that the cashiers that are there that are in the store are pretty cool store manager is pretty cool I just wish the pharmacist would be a little bit more honest. Or at respectful especially when you're disabled and you can't get there they don't send you medications that I really needed because I didn't have a dollar to pay for it. And I've been a long-time customer there 10 years ..

All the reviews for this place are ridiculous. You're not getting premade chicken nuggets and a Coke, you're asking a pharmacist to prepare medications. Get out of your car, go in like a normal person, and be patient while he or she complies with the FDA, NABP, APhA, etc. Perhaps they are slower than others you've been to, but this is the most centrally located, the most popular, and the only 24-hour in the area, so therefore the busiest. Cut them some slack or they might consider closing at night, leaving Janesville with nothing open 24-hours.
Update: they did get rid of their 24hr pharmacy :( “This is why we can’t have nice things.”

I have had the pleasure of calling and verifying medication for many of my patients at this pharmacy. The overnight staff always make time for me and answer all my questions professionally. I am grateful for all your hard work and continued support throughout this pandemic—your friends at the WCJ in Rockford, IL.

To all of you that complain about sitting in drive thru. Drive thru is for pick up only! If your insurance changed-go inside! It is not to pick up anything other than your RX. If you want ibprophen go inside and get it yourself.
Another thing......you are not the only one in line. Screaming at the employee's is not going to make things go faster! Treat people the way you want to be treated. I have seen people disrespect the employee's way to many times. They are working as hard as they can to get you out as fast as they can! Thank you Walgreen employee's for your hard work!

One of the best walgreens in the city and I feel the people who worl there deserve slack. One of the casheirs was telling me 9 hour shifts are the minimum. Also, the people who worl there are very nice. I cant leave the store without getting help or just having a simple conversation with someone. I feel the one by walmart should be 24/7,because its off I-90.

Staff is always very friendly and extremely helpful. I order a lot of photos and they always have them ready and waiting for me at the main register because they know these are for my autistic daughter, who is obsessed with her pictures....we order nearly every day!

Have had prescriptions filled here as well as made other purchases and have never had an issue.
