Garrett at G&R helped fix a broken flue pipe in my attic that was damaged when we got our roof done. He went above and beyond, he got the correct parts, was able to problem solve, and even went on the roof himself to fix part of it. He got it all done in the same day and we didn’t have to prolong it by having the roofers who damaged it come out. Awesome job and I have peace of mind knowing it’s properly fixed now.

Garrett installed our furnace. He worked hard and diligently for six hours and did a beautiful job. He was courteous, friendly, and professional. It was a pleasure having him here.

Our service tech Adam was outstanding. He found the problem before the CO2 detectors did. Gave estimates to repair or replace the old furnace at competitive prices. We've used this company for a few years now and plan to stay with them in the future.

Of course, it’s never a good time when your AC goes out on one of the hottest days in the summer. Though the heat was brutal, G & R responded to my needs with available options and was able to immediately come in to install a new unit the next day. I am very grateful and satisfied with the work that was completed.

I contacted G&R through Angies. They contacted me right away and we got a technician out within a few hours. Adam was kind and helpful. We have heat again so, all in all, a job well done!

Last November our furnace decided to stop working a week before Thanksgiving and we were hosting the Holiday dinner. My wife and I were searching the internet for a well known company with great reviews and we stumbled upon G&R Heating and Air.

Adam and the technician were very respectful, customer service oriented, and full of knowledge and answered all of our questions. He was able to fully install a new furnace and a new air conditioner unit before the holiday !

The technicians were very organized and completed the install within one day! We were so impressed and very grateful to have found Adam and his team. Thank you G&R !!! We highly recommend!

I contracted G&R to replace my aged furnace and AC unit. The price was fair, better than a local competitor. I was concerned that the size furnace was not going to be adequate for my home. But Scott took the time to show me the results from software they use, and the metrics being considered, when making a decision on the size unit to install.

The installation team was very professional and personable. I checked on the progress a few times and each time they were willing to field my questions. They left their workspaces clean, taking every bit of debris with them.

The only bumps in the road (more like small speed humps) were that of the delivery of the AC unit and furnace. I wasn’t notified that it would be a separate delivery prior to the install team’s arrival. I had to move my car from the garage to provide a space for the drop. And, after installation, there was a question as to whether I paid for some sort of membership to G&R which would allow for certain discounts on other services and for the one year checkup on the new system.

The delivery issue wasn’t really a big deal. But, I would have preferred a confirmation call the day prior with details such as delivery. And, the membership matter was addressed the following day. It was apparently a misunderstanding on the installers part.

Overall, I’m very happy with the service to date. Hopefully, I will be just as pleased with their honoring of the warranty should I need that, and with their promise to respond quickly to problems.

As always G & R was amazingly responsive and even accommodated a same day request for a furnace tune up. Every rep who has serviced my HVAC has been professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I strongly recommend G & R.

G&R did a tremendous job on our furnace, AC, and hot water heater project. They came out right away to diagnose the issue, talked to me honestly about the options available, and completed the full install in 2 days. The installers, Garrett and Jared, were professional and kept me up to date on all aspects of the job. Would highly recommend this company to anyone needing HVAC work.

My furnace was acting up on the coldest night on record of -33 degree windchill. I called this place and they got someone out next morning. They tried to replace the igniter (which I broke lol) and then the gas valve went out. My furnace was old and needed replacing anyway. The tech was straight with me and gave me options. We ended up getting a new furnace put in the very next early morning. Not only that but they let us borrow 2 space heaters for the time being until the furnace was put in. This was the best service I ever received. I definitely recommend this place if you need some fast service!

Marco Giangrande did a great job and thoroughly checked my equipment. Also recommended next steps to keep furnace running and had detailed explanations as to what components he was checking. Was very friendly and would have work done by him again!! Thanks G and R Heating and air!

Fully satisfied with the professional service we received. Our experience involved three visits with three different G&R professionals. 1st, Adam came on a scheduled service visit. He ran a camera through parts of the furnace we could not see. This visual, with still photos, made it easy for us to see that our 14 year old furnace was nearing the end of its service life. More importantly, Adam explained in detail the "what is" & "why's" we had a few hot spots. He then emailed us all the photos along with repair options and costs. It was evident it would be in our best interest to consider a new furnace. Adam made our appointment for a G&R "Comfort Specialist" for the next day.

2nd, Scott our "Comfort Specialist" arrived on schedule and provided us with various new furnace options and costs. We did not at any time feel like we were being pressured or upsold. Scott came across as one of these guys you would just like to hang out with. Once we decided on the ideal product, Scott made the appointment for installation.

3rd, a different Adam arrived the very next day for the installation. It was very evident, and comforting, to watch a seasoned professional install our new furnace. Adam provided suggestions and detailed explanations on how we can prolong the life of our new Champion "American Made" furnace.

Beyond the maintenance, sales, and installation of a new furnace we gained a sense of a business that has a positive internal culture. All 3 individuals who came to our home were class acts. They displayed professionalism, a high level of relevant knowledge, and were very friendly. We are confident G&R is a good organization. We have joined their membership plan and look forward using them moving forward.

One final note: being a business owner it can be quite challenging when a customers expectations are not met. G&R has responded to every negative review with care and concern to make right and solve issues.

I had my boiler cleaned, and I was very pleased how quickly the entire work was done. Rob, the technician, was on time, friendly, and completed the work n less than an hour. This was my second time hiring G&R, and I plan to have them again.

Steven was very polite and considerate. He even put on some shoe protectors even though there were others workers here doing other jobs for me. Thank you G &R.
