All of the staff working tonight were so attentive, friendly and helpful! Staff like that is hard to find these days so it was nice. Plus we got some great deals!

Ran in for hand sanitizer. But, I was attacked with an amazing smell in the building! The first associate that greeted me was quick to let me know what the scent was. Great deals. Friendly and helpful staff. Thanks!

Who doesn’t love Bath and Body Works?! I had 3 reward coupons to use and they were very helpful in pointing out things I could get at the best value! I love that!

I’m so happy this store is open again! I went by there today and they were having a great sale. I got a candle, body mist, shower lotion and a hand sanitizer for $20. The lines can get a bit long but they also have people that can checkout with a hand held device.

First of all, I love Bath & Body Works, and this is my absolute "Go-to" location. Always great shopping experience here.
I have done in-store shopping, and also buy on-line & pick up at the store here, and I have never had any negative experience with either.

I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door by one of the friendliest salespersons I have ever encountered and asked what brought me in? From there on, I had my own personal shopper!! First Parrish made sure I signed up for the Bath and Body Works app. Next, she took her time as went through candles, fragrances, plug ins, and finally she escorted me to the cash register to pay for my items. To top it off, she met me as I was going out and thanked me for my purchase. Definitely the salesperson of the month!!

Friendly staff, the store is always neat and clean. They don't always have the best selection of the latest scents or the gift bags. For example during Christmas they had shelved full of the happy birthday gift bags instead of the Christmas ones

Everyone was awesome! I was kinda iffy about a new chapstick. I usually get the overnight one in the blue tube, but this one is a twist style that is very similar.

Candles, candles and more candles. What a great time of year. Well done Bath &Body Works.

This store has a large variety of products and more than enough inventory in stock. The associates are always pleasant and available to assist you in any way. This is my go store for my bath & body works.

Awesome finds at 75% off of $75. Sales associate pointed them out to the curious me and I so appreciated her for doing so. These will make awesome nightlights. Staff was super friendly as always.

Had a ton of fun spending a gift card we received has a house warming gift. Found many new scents that both my husband and I liked and thought would make our home more cozy and warm.
All the employees on duty were not only knowledgeable, but friendly and courteous as well. They weren't put out by our long browsing and deciding time either. One lady, the cashier said it best. "We don't mind the time you take, just as long as you truly enjoy the items you choose."
Don't remember her name, but we were both pleased to see that old-fashioned customer service is alive in some of the young employees and businesses still.

New store design is great. They have someone up front sanitizing hands as you come in and they monitor how many people are in the store and they do have a limit. They all wear mask and you have to too. Six feet markers are on the floors. The staff is great and the store is clean and well stocked and of course awesome. Love bath and body.

I just wanted to give praise to one of the managers of the store Brandi. It is a really hard time to be in retail during Christmas but add Covid-19 this year and I cannot even imagine. She was incredibly caring, thoughtful and hardworking. I hope the company recognizes the employee they have.
