The gentleman I worked with for my service was extremely polite, professional and welcoming. I did not feel rushed. I did not feel unwelcome or as if I was a nuisance. I apologize for not remembering his name as I am bad with names. I was late for my appointment due to getting lost. (I am new to the area) and I was embarrassed by that but your establishment and the gentleman I worked with didn't make me feel like a bother even after I kept apologizing for being late. I was never pressured into a purchase. Initially, I turned down an offer and left the dealership. About 2 days later I received a call and was offered a better deal. Once I arrived, the team presented the majority of what I requested and the financing was lower than I had set my limit—great and pleasant all-round experience.

I shopped the end of the year sale to get the ultimate savings. I had a trade in and was very pleased with the offer I received for my trade. I came alone and felt very comfortable with no pressure. Great experience purchasing my vehicle (a 2017 Ford Explorer XLT). My sales rep, Sean, was great from start to finish of the whole buying process (and a bit of a jokester too lol). Isaac in the service department was very professional and helpful. We are from out of town and encountered an issue requiring we come in for service. Isaac was very understanding and he helped us get a ride to a local restaurant while the repairs were made. He kept us informed and shook my hand and thanked me when we picked up my vehicle. He should be commended for providing excellent customer service. This is the kind of service that creates repeat customers.

The team we worked with to buy my new 2023 Jeep Gladiator were great. We originally came to look for a used Jeep Gladiator, but Kate, our sales representative, suggested looking at a new model given the deals that were being offered. The finance department representative, Anthony, was great as well. He really knew a lot about the cars, options and financial options as well. We are pleased with the deal we received.

We originally wanted to get a 2018 hyundai sonata. But it was sold within minutes when we got to the dealer. Hannah Johnson was very helpful and showed us other alternatives. We found a good deal. She bought my my two kids lunch. All the staff were super friendly. As soon as we got there we had someone welcome us and asked if we needed help. It was good experience.

The customer service at AutoNation has improved tremendously from my past experience and I would highly recommend their service department. They did a timely service and the review of my vehicles systems was thorough and appreciated.

A week later I had AutoNation replace my main and auxiliary batteries in my Durango on very short notice and the service team got it done timely and explained everything clearly. I highly recommend AutoNation's service department!
