I had ordered balloons for my daughters birthday including a number “6.” My little one was so excited about. Of course, as soon as I take it out of the bag, it hit the fan and popped! My little one teared up. I ran back to the store and the person managing the balloon area was so sweet. She filled up another “6” at no charge and said “have a great birthday.” I am so thankful to her. Making a frazzled mom’s day just a little bit brighter!

Always find everything I'm looking for an more!

They have a manager girl here that is incredibly friendly and knows what she's doing. Her name was Ashton and I recommend this place simply based on her effort to do a great job!

Party City is a year round PAR-TAYYY for finding any and everything for your party needs anytime of the year!

Their Halloween selections went as fast as they came in but all in all, a good selection still available.

I enjoy this store for all seasons for my party or Halloween needs.

I always get my balloons filled here. They always float very well! They even replaced one of my balloons for free when the one I bought elsewhere popped. Happy customer!

During the Halloween season, this store hires 40-50 temporary associates to help the during the busiest time of the year. Unfortunately some of these temps are not entirely dedicated and allow for some unjustly and unusual poor service. Hopefully the negative complaints recently are a result of these employees. The managers do a good job retaining the best of the best and you will always have a great experience in the store with those year round associates.

Perfect selection of different party themes. Sheleves are organized for someone super tall. Couldn't reach higher product, but was able to find associates to help get things down as needed. We found a ton of Super Mario Bros and Princess themed items, which is what we went in to look for. Location was spotless and aisles we're free and clear to move around easily with a shopping cart. Fast check out, even for a Sunday!

Went to get last minute baloon bouquet. Had exactly what I needed. They were fast and efficient in getting the baloons ready and packaged. Price was reasonable.

Went there to snag some items for our twins' fifth birthday. Last week, we ordered balloons for their birthday. While there, the kiddos recieved generic balloons to take with them. Our daughter let go of hers and it found its way into the rafters. Wyatt replaced it for her free of charge and saved the day, even though we were okay with letting her reap the consequences of not being careful.

Then today, when we picked up their personalized balloons, another tragic fate befell our daughter's balloon. Inexplicably, it popped as my wife was loading it into the car. She brought it back into the store, and Wyatt saved the day again. He replaced it no questions asked.

Absolutely nothing negative to say. Great service and the party is on!

These people are great. I had an issue with another company for my baby’s 16th birthday balloons that company act like they didn’t even have my order. But this place right at the last minute and let me in the doors right before they closed.

Party City is always a joy. Really wonderful employees who are polite, helpful, and friendly. There is so much selection, great prices, very clean and organized store. Love it. God bless all! 💖✝

I ordered balloons online at 3am for an 8:30am pickup. The balloons were ready when I arrived and it completed the decorations for the babyshower I hosted. I appreciate the order be fulfilled in such a time crunch. Yall rock!

Wyatt and Sophia are so sweet! The first time we went there recently Wyatt helped us find items for our twins' birthday party and gave them each a balloon. Our daughter accidentally let her balloon go and was devastated. Wyatt didn't even hesitate to give her a replacement, which made her day!! The second time we went there was to pick up their balloon order. Right when I put my daughter's balloon in the car, it popped. I brought the sad remnants back to the store and Sophia immediately asked what happened. Wyatt was right there once again saving the day with a replacement balloon!! We will definitely be back!!

Party City has a ton of stuff to get creative with for any party. Why be a sea going pirate? When you could be a space pirate.
Or maybe your the scientist that discovers Godzilla. What would you need to make that costume? They probably have it in the store.

Went in for birthday balloons 🎈 and the staff was friendly. It was a quick and easy stand in line, pick out a ballon service! Lol

Friendly Staff and I never have issues as far as ordering my balloons and picking up. They always have them ready to go!

If you like to party let me tell ya, they have you covered.

Great selection! I always enjoy shopping here. Just one downfall... I can't afford to clean out the whole store.
