Just purchase my first vehicle from this location everyone was so helpful and the process was so fast and smooth. Literally the fastest service I’ve had we didn’t have to spend all day at the dealership. They were very knowledgeable and helped us get the best rates. Jason Rudd went above and beyond to get us set up and ready to go and has checked in to make sure everything was running smoothly.

Just purchased a vehicle and I have to say I was really happy with the overall process. Never thought I’d review a dealership but here I am.
First off, Jason Rudd was a really nice salesman to work with. He was down to earth, former military and just got our sense of lifestyle. He was quick talking and fast moving which I appreciated.
I was purchasing the car for myself and he quickly knew he needed to deal with me and not my husband. Much appreciated.

I went back the same day after a test drive and knew it was the car I wanted.
They handled my paperwork quickly and it took less time than all past vehicle purchases. Less than an hour. Shocking.

Gino was kind and fast working with the paperwork. I was paying “cash” so there wasn’t much to do but it was a short few signatures. Not the 50 like some other places. We declined some add ons and it was no big deal. Not the 20 min speech and intimidation like some dealerships. You know the ones.

There was work to be done before I could take it home. There was a miscommunication on timeline of readiness but the owner Luis reached out and assured me that it was being taken care of.
You are thinking yea of course bc you are paying $$$. Well, no. Not really. My vehicle was 4 figures and I was being treated like I spent 6 figures.
The service department reached out for follow up. Twice! The 3rd party company replacing the sunroof called me and gave me updates. And it was ready sooner than expected. Fueled up, detailed and windows tinted. Amazing.

It really came down to the style of dealing with challenges and roadblocks like shipping and part delays. They cared about the sale experience not the sale amount. That’s more than I can say for some of our more expensive vehicles and the places we purchased from.
Hands down would purchase another vehicle from here.

I had a warranty for a rear light combination. After using their chat services, I got a call from Mike a couple of hours later. Mike was very knowledgeable about the issues that I had and it took less than 10mins to schedule for an appointment.
I dropped off the car and it was fixed in the exact amount of time as I was told, got a text to pick it up.
When I picked it up I noticed my brake light wasn't working and they were gracious enough to check it out and replace it.
Everyone I met from the front door to the service guys were super friendly and answered all my questions. Definitely going back to this location.

Always a good experience with this dealership. I had a big update/recall for my car and they planned ahead. Purchasing a new car at a dealership can often be an intimidating experience, rife with the anxiety of dealing with insistent salespeople, enduring lengthy and high-pressure selling tactics, and navigating a complex financing process that often increases the final cost with unwanted services.

Despite encountering several dealerships that seemed almost predatory, my experience was significantly improved when I met Ashley Nicholson at AutoNation in North Richland Hills. This dealership and Ashley provided a refreshingly positive experience amid the typically stressful car-buying process.

Ashley dedicated her time to truly understand my preferences and diligently searched for the specific model I desired, a Blacked-Out Night Edition Calligraphy. She kept me updated about its availability and played a crucial role in securing the best possible deal. The negotiation process was challenging, with sales management and I having differing perspectives. In the middle of it all was Ashley, balancing her role as a sales consultant and my advocate, striving to reach a mutually satisfactory agreement. Ultimately, both parties made concessions, and I acquired a magnificent vehicle.

The finance department at the dealership was detailed in their approach but not overly aggressive with their additional offerings. For anyone considering a Hyundai, I highly recommend contacting Ashley. I went in for a scheduled tire rotation and oil/filter change this morning. My appointment was at 0715 and it started right on time. I like the fact that the service team takes pictures of your car throughout to show you progress. Overall time was about an hour. There’s a nice seating area inside with free coffee, drinks, and snacks.

They know how to treat and take care of their customers! From the moment I drove up I was given star treatment as I was quickly greeted by a service technician who was attentive to my needs. While I was waiting for service completion they directed me to their very comfy waiting room where it felt homey with a big screen TV and upscale beverages and snacks. I was even offered a complimentary car wash!
Now I look forward to getting my oil changed or state inspection and will be back!

There’s only two people I deal with a autonation Hyundai. Zachary $ Jorge. I took my car in on a Saturday and let me tell you the customer service that Jorge had gave me. Greeted me with such kind pleasure. He helped me with pricing. He kept me updated on eta and anything that was going to be a road block into getting my car fixed. I had my car serviced on Dec 5. My appointment was at 7am. I was greeted by Michael at the service desk. The records still showed the previous owner info and he promptly corrected all the info and then went over all that was going to be done on my car for the 30000 maintenance beside two other issues I needed checked. He was very thorough going over the details. My car was serviced and repaired in 6 hours. This is the first time I have owned a Hyundai and am very impressed with the sevices. I will definitely be taking my car back there. Again.thank you Michael you restored my faith in car dealers and the Service Departments.
