I had the ghost pepper burger with the quinoa patty. It was yummy, but it did have a lot of cream cheese—like, a comical amount. But I didn’t mind!! Maybe because it was vegan and lighter than normal cream cheese. Just be ready for it.

SO GOOD!!

Spiral Vegan is a great vegan place for dine in. The food and ambiance is excellent. Nachos supreme and cashew, spinach and quinoa wrap are a must try. Home made vanilla ice cream and vanilla shake are great in taste. The servers are polite and take good care of the customers. I would definitely recommend it to people looking for vegan food.

I’ve been coming to Spiral for a few years now, ever since I discovered them on my Purple Cow app. It’s still rare to find 100% vegan restaurants, but thankfully, most big cities have at least one. If you’re vegan and either living in or traveling through Fort Worth, this is a must-visit. Or, if you’re wanting to graze a little more healthily, Spiral offers up plant-based versions of American comfort food that will have you asking, “Are you *sure* this isn’t meat?”

The menu runs the gamut from sandwiches to wraps, salads, burgers, nachos and sides, breakfast (“served all day”), and fought plates.
I ordered Hell’s Half Acre, which I have had before. I traded up for the Beyond Chicken Tenders, which were accompanied by vegan mac & cheese, roasted broccoli, pasta salad, and toasted bread. The serving was sufficient to leave me sated.
My only “complaint,” if you will, was that food prep was slow, as was my ability to catch my server’s eye to pay my tab. I wound up having to head for the front counter, where I got someone to take care of my bill. It was a Sunday night, and hardly crowded. But the food is so good that I can forgive. Next time I will try not also to be rushing to a nearby brewery before they shut down for the night.

It’s great to know that Fort Worth has this culinary gem, and it is always worth seeking out. Streetside parking ebbs and flows, so keep that in mind if you hit it at peak times. Otherwise, bring your appetite, and save a cow or chicken.

I had the Viva Las Migas and my mom had the pancake sandwich with Beyond chicken tenders, they were both great. The tofu scramble was a little different from real eggs but not in a significant or bad way. We also had a slice of the marble cake and a carrot cake cupcake, and they were delicious!
The staff we interacted with were all very nice, and the prices seemed reasonable.

I really wish I had four stomachs! This menu is huge and sooooo delicious. Really enjoyed the tacos and biscuits & gravy. Wish we were local so we could come back again and again!

Absolutely amazing service and food! Great flavors and fresh. While most food is mildly spiced, you can ask for hot sauce as you desire, making it very convenient for groups.

Menu is expansive and great for vegans, vegetarians and omnivores wanting to try out good meat substitutes!

We had to wait which I heard was expected. Honestly worth it. We had vegan and non vegan eaters at our table.

The jerk chicken ? Amazing.

Mac n cheese & chili was a hint of spicy and got better and better as you kept eating.

The grilled cheese potato sandwich paired with potato salad was so good.

I would recommend this place to anyone- truly a great atmosphere.

Julian was our server this time. He was amazing as all of the staff is there. He listened to my kids give their order and got everything correct. If if it's not close, we try to come eat here every chance we get to come to Texas.

It's one of my favorite vegan restaurants to dine. The staff is super friendly and the food is fresh and amazing always!! I visit twice a month, it is about an hour drive for me since they shut down the one in Dallas, but it's definitely worth the trip.

You can't go wrong here! The supreme nachos are always a special treat and we devoured them. We also tried the Ramsey's Perfect Protein Platter which was delicious! Instead of getting something from the bakery this time to take home, we decided to go try Spirals new dessert place called Dreamboat. The short walk from the diner was nice and the offerings at Dreamboat were amazing! I had the oatmilk vanilla soft serve and we got a maple donut to go. Since we dined at Spiral Diner first, we brought our paper receipt to Dreamboat and we got the soft serve for free! I can't wait to go back to both the diner and the Dreamboat. I hope they start selling soft serve in small containers soon. I need more of it in my life!!

I'm not even vegan but I've come here at least five times now with friends. Came for the donuts to be honest haha. Very good! The pancakes and milkshakes are legit. Also had the burger and nachos on another occasion and was not disappointed. Still prefer a real burger but this was good.

Absolutely awesome!
I had the most amazing tofu scramble, bacon that made me feel dirty (just so good), and one pancake that made me wish I had ordered two or three.

We loved it here! Great menu with loads to choose from. Salads, sandwiches, nachos, burgers, and an all-day breakfast menu. They even have a bakery section with freshly baked good and a proper full dessert menu. Everything we tried was delicious, even my non-vegan parter loved the food! The service was great, and the diner itself was comfortable and nicely decorated. Would absolutely recommend!

Our waitress must have thought I was crazy when she said it was a vegan restaurant. I asked, pointing to the case full of cakes, cookies and cupcakes "even that?". She said yes so it was on! Actually since we were driving back to Houston I didn't get three dishes to try and take the leftovers home but I did almost make my way through a stack of gluten free blueberry pancakes. Do you know how long it's been since I sat at a restaurant and had pancakes? OMG.... they were good.
We've saved it on our Fort Worth map so we'll be back next month when we return

Vegan restaurant with a bunch of options. The food is delicious and the home made "I -scream" is some of the best I've cream I've ever had period. The food takes a while to come out.

Man oh man! I love vegan food; however, I am not a vegan. I prefer vegan restaurants whenever I go out to eat because the food tastes better and more aesthetically pleasing.

I decided to go to Spiral Diner & Bakery. I miss the Spirals in Dallas, so I decided to take a chance on the Ft. Worth location.

The food was fantastic! I had their Patty Melt with home fries (see pic below). The customer service was excellent and better than any non-vegan restaurant! The atmosphere was super cool and welcoming.

Try the brownies because they are soooo good that I devoured it and forgot to take a pic. 😂

I had the the BBQ San’ich and potato salad. My dish was very tasty, but vinegar heavy (in MY opinion). I loved the guacamole and their strawberry hibiscus tea.

I am not vegan and this restaurant has options for EVERYONE including vegan sweet treats. We will definitely be back!

If you love comfort food and want to experience it in a vegan way, pull through to Spiral Diner! As a long standing patron of their restaurants across Texas, I have to say that other restaurants are yet to beat their selection, service, and taste when it comes to vegan food. They have tons of options for choices of food here and everytime I go, I try something new and am yet to be disappointed.

Their pancakes are deliciously spiced and the butter melts right onto the smooth surface. Their house made burger patty has a ton of flavor and is delightfully chewy. Their fajita quesadilla is packed with veggies and vegan cheese.

Pictured is their el paso burger, nachos, and the hell's half acre.

Overall, it is quite the drive but definitely worth it. The portion sizes are plentiful and the price, service, and quality is something you just can't beat.

This place is amazing. Wonderful and friendly staff, nice atmosphere, and great food. Finally a place I can go to and get anything on the menu, know it's going to be good, and that it's plant-based. I definitely want to come back and would recommend this to anyone. You might need to call ahead to avoid waiting since they are very popular. The Blueberry soda was delicious as was the Elote Dilla and the Baked Potato Grilled Cheese. Best chocolate shake I've had.
