Miguel and Tamara deserve huge recognition in their genuine customer service. We had a nightmare of a situation that was causing so much stress and put our family walking eggshells for over a year. We drove nearly 2 hrs to speak to someone in person and Miguel listened to our frustration, the stress, and the strain it was on our family and he did not pass our case to someone else, he stayed with us until we were signing papers on a brand new vehicle. We were at the dealership from 2:30-9pm and he checked in with frequent updates. Tamara listened to us and reassured us that we would be taken care of. She is very much a people person and she not only treated us like family she made sure every customer in the building was updated and cared for. I was stressing that we would not be able to go home with a new car but she ensured us we would and she was right. She even went to fill up the car to make sure we had a full tank of gas before we even signed paperwork on it. She stayed late making sure we were seen all the way through the process and we were literally the last customer in the building. Since purchasing our 2023 Traverse we have been contacted by Miguel and Tamara making sure we are satisfied and that everything is going well. If we could recommend bonuses as customers these two definitely deserve recognition for going above and beyond! Our family is whole again now that we can attend everyone's sporting events and school activities with all 7 of our children in tow!! Our children have smiled with excitement each day knowing they are in a safe vehicle and able to ride together again!

I went in wanting to see what my finance options were on getting a newer vehicle. My car was nearing its end and it was a matter of time before bigger issues started appearing. I was able to walk out with a 5 day test drive on a truck and was able to trade in my other car for the middle KBB price. It was a comfortable experience. I didn't feel pressured. I didn't want to test drive a vehicle before the numbers were ran, and they were fine with that.
I would highly recommend at least going in and talk to someone about what you're looking for. They were all very helpful. It felt very casual. I had a great experience

Francisco was my sales person and he is the go to man. He got things done very quickly! He is passionate about his work and he is willing to help no matter what the matter is. I couldn’t get there until late on a Saturday evening and he stayed to make sure everything was in order for me. The management team and the financial team are also exceptional and very quick. When the car I wanted was sold they were on it and gave me other options and gave me a great deal on something so much better!! The whole team was beyond any other dealership I have ever dealt with. Thank you all for my 2024 Blazer! My daughter feels “fancy” lol! Those are her words!

Had a great experience. They are not pushy but their responses are prompt and through the method of your choosing (I hate talking on the phone). My bank was not used to seeing so much activity and put holds on my funds until cleared but AutoNation worked with me and made the process as easy as they could. Md was great and I will definitely be seeing him again for my next vehicle. Also, I love my truck!

If you go here ask for Tamara she helped us in our purchase no only do she have great customer service but she goes beyond her job duties. We arrived at 8:55am left about 1:30pm she went as far tomake sure we had lunch we she did. Made sure we was comfortable as we waited while she worked with other customers. She was just plain awesome made me feel as if we were friends or family. Love her and thank you so much to the whole team Tamara you were truly lovely.

Update: took my truck in for service, with a mail in the outside tread that cannot be patched. Purchased the tire and wheel package when I bought the truck and the tire was completely covered by the warranty. Janey was very professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. She took great care of me and with a great attitude. Definitely an asset to the Autonation team and a great representation for the company.

We’ve bought two vehicles from this Chevrolet dealership, one in 2018 and another in 2021 at the height of the vehicle shortage. Even then, when others were raising prices, this dealership operated with honesty and integrity. We still bring our vehicles to be serviced here and are always treated with professionalism! This is an amazing dealership in Dallas-Fort Worth for anyone who values customer service.

Service was fine. I was looking at my car when I picked it up and realized there was a stain that I had not seen. I took it back before I left the lot and they told me they had fixed it. They left what seemed like a wet blotch that I figured would dry. However, it did not dry and I went back two days later.
Christofer was amazing and immediately fixed the problem for me by taking the car back. He never made me feel like I was being annoying or extra. He and Forty seemed very caring and attentive. I appreciate their friendliness!

I went in for a routine oil change and Patrick was extremely helpful. The wait wasn’t long at all and they did an excellent job washing my car. I am happy with the full service I received!

I bought my new chevy Equinox and my agent Tamara was very friendly, polite ,professional and very knowledgeable about the vehicle. I didn’t feel pressured like some salespeople, she wanted to make sure I was happy with my choice. Her manager was great as well. I give the entire store Two thumbs up. I’d highly recommend this dealership. Even though it was late beat closing time she insisted I come back to have the vehicle detailed ( 2024). I came in to trade my car in for a better car!! Jazz help me and absolutely i mean was amazing. Love my new honda and i really appreciate them it was another gentleman to that also helped me and actually showed me my new vehicle but they both did wonderful and im so happy with this black beauty

This dealership made my car buying experience quick and seamless. Malik was a great salesman to work with. He scheduled the appointment, sent me a reminder the day before, was expecting me when I arrived, took me for a test drive and showed me all of the cool features of the car. He even went so far as to look at the features of another car I was contemplating buying to assure me that I was making the best purchase (I really wanted a sunroof and the other car didn't have it). The finance team was also great to work with. They were able to meet all of my financing requirements. I would shop here again!!

I found the car for the price that I wanted online. I told them what I wanted for the trade. The manager and my salesperson - Braylan were excellent. He helped me to get all of the discounts that I qualified to receive. The exact car for the price I wanted as there, they were able to get me to a comfortable place with the payments and it took only about 2.5 hours. No haggling or game playing. I bought my last car there as well and it was a similar experience. I had a Chevy Malibu and traded it in for a new Equinox. The Malibu was a great car and I am loving the Equinox.

Very fair pricing and trade in value. Overall a good experience. Next time I would like to spend less time sitting in dealership during price negotiations and signing paperwork. That’s why I usually like doing the internet sales experience. This is my second vehicle purchased from Auto Nation dealership. Customer service and maintenance department is why I ultimately went with this dealership because as we know there are many options available.

Took a long time, but deal on new vehicle was pretty much straight forward. Was able to eliminate some addon charges that weren't necessarily required as stated by the dealership. Worked well with us on financing options. Overall pleased with the deal and the staff. This was the second vehicle purchased at this dealership and happy with both experiences. Would come back again if the need arises.
