Today my husband took me to buy a ring for the first time in 20 years. Beverly and Faye made the experience absolutely beautiful. I left in happy tears and bought a beautiful ring. We will most definitely be back for future jewelry. I am a happy gal indeed!!

I have been a long time customer of this outlet. One ring I purchased in 2010 the computer system, due to new system being installed, lost my diamond bond number that is needed to replace lost diamonds, in which I purchased this protection. FAYE, at this store location happily handled getting my diamond bond number restored! She was pleasant and tenacious in getting this issue resolved for me. That was genuine CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank you Faye, your management needs to know they have a great employee.

I had a great experience today at this Zales. Amanda was so helpful and very knowledgeable. I will defiantly do any future jewelry shopping at this location. It was very clean and the displays were beautiful. Great prices and sales going on. Thanks for a nice shopping experience today and for all your help with my purchase. Faye was amazing. She helped me find the PERFECT ring for my wedding and even helped me find the PERFECT ring with earrings and necklace to match. She helped my fiance find a wedding band to match. I just gotta say dispirit some of the reviews, I came here just looking around for a engagement ring wasn’t planning on buying anything but once I talked to felicity & she helped me out & showed me all my options. I didn’t even know there was more then one type of diamond! bless her she helped me for about 2 hours & I absolutely love the ring!! Kim has been NOTHING BUT THE BEST!!!! I adore her as a person and she was very knowledgeable with the products she had in the store! Helped me pick out the most beautiful ring. The repair jeweler I had issues with, but Kim sent it out again and after the delay from the repair jeweler the second time; I finally have my ring back cleaned and sized perfectly with new prongs 🧡💍🤩 if you are looking for high end quality and a fraction of the cost I would HIGHLY recommend The Zales Outlet and ASK FOR KIM!

First time visiting this location. Very pleased with the level of Customer service we received, value and selection. We found the perfect pair of earrings for my wife as an anniversary gift. Big shout out to Kim and her team!

Today, July 4th, I stopped in for my bi-yearly inspection and cleaning. YES, they were open, I was so grateful! The diamond specialist greeted me promptly upon my entrance and proceeded to do the process.

As I waited, i perused the store just to see what's new. There's a Wonder Woman and Marilyn Monroe collection I haven't seen before! And the diamond cross necklaces were stunning. Great selection.

Breona H. Was amazing, her attitude and personality was exactly what I needed/expected from someone I would be purchasing a ring from. She was not overly pushy, however she was very knowledgeable in regards to what was available as well as making suggestions that actually suited my needs. This is possibly the first time I've been in a Zales in over a decade; so to have been treated so we'll despite my current clothing and appearance (I had just finished working on a car), I was relieved to have been acknowledged and greeted with kindness. People like Breona are rare so I'm glad I was able to have her as our Jewelry person. The manager I encountered on my return to have the ring appropriately sized was also very polite and helpful. So 5/5 ladies, great job!!
