I had a backup and was able to get same day service. Mark was professional, and was able to clear our drain quickly and even provided some tips to help with maintenance going forward. Work has a warranty as well which is fantastic. Highly recommend, we had a great experience!

Additional follow-up: It was determined that we needed a water softener and filtration system for the entire house. Roto-Rooter installed the system quickly and efficiently. I needed some help in a bad way with a blocked sewer drain. Patrick came out with the hydro jet setup and was so personable and professional. I really appreciated him for that. Honestly, it was really nice to be treated like a valued customer and not just hurry hurry hurry yeah yeah ok ok. That Warthog nozzle sliced right through the blockage and I was back to flushing in about an hour ish.

The moment Barry from Rotor Rooter Plumbing came in and explained how he could help and for the amount; we knew God had blessed us with an honest company. It only got better from
there when three more plumbers came to help without extra cost. We had paid extra for no results from Reliant and Radiant saw the small roots and said we had to go elsewhere. They didn’t do that type of work. Rotor Rooter does it all for no extra charge plus they offer installment payments. Praise God.

Definitely five star +. I received a call that Elvis was on his way. He arrived in a timely manner. He was kind and courteous. He fully explained pricing and process. Obviously I hope not to need this type of service again for a good long while but if I do I'd definitely feel confident to have Elvis back again.

Ronnie and his team did a fantastic job. They were very friendly and respectful, and communicated with us thoroughly about specifics of what they'd be doing and when. We were very impressed, and would recommend them to anyone! (We already have recommended them to a few neighbors!) Also Ryan was great to work with from a sales perspective - very friendly, respectful, and personable, of course, but also honest about what he was selling, pros and cons. We were very happy with Roto-Rooter and will definitely use them again if the need arises. Highly recommend!

Barry came to our office to "Rescue" us from a stopped up sewer main. He was so courteous and helpful. He kept me updated every step of the way, and went out of his way to make sure everything was working properly before he left. Barry was so wonderful to work with and didn't try to give us the hard sell on things we really didn't need. Barry is the man!

We turned off our outdoor main water shut off valve to repair a leaky showerhead. It was likely the original water valve from the year our house was built. 1994. When we went to turn it back on the valve broke. We called the city but they said it was our responsibility. We reached out to Roto-Rooter and Matt Long a licensed plumber came out. He gave us his estimate and we were a little sticker shocked. We are first time homeowners so plumbing issues are new to us. We sent him away and started to shop around, bear in mind, this is a late Sunday afternoon. Everyone else was either not calling us back, tacking on an emergency fee for it being Sunday ($350, $185 with no guarantee they would even fix it today) or saying they could be out Monday. By now it's almost 6pm. So it turns out, not only was Matt with Roto-Rooter giving us the best price, he was telling us he could fix it today. We call Roto-Rooter back and they dispatch Matt Long a second time. He made it just in time to dig up the water pipe, run to Home Depot to grab the part, repair the valve and get our water flowing again by 8pm. On a Sunday! He was professional, nice and went out of his way for us. That kind of service is worth paying for. Thanks again :)

James came out and helped us troubleshoot an issue. He was super and very professional. I do want to add they were able to come out the same day I called, which I did not expect. I would 100% call them again.

Had a toilet installed a few months back by Roto-Rooter, and it busted loose because of an old flange. Oscar and Jeff came out to take a look and fixed everything for us free of charge. Great service, no fuss. I’m very grateful!

Had a kitchen sink drain issue where the water wouldn’t go away, water just kept rising.
Tried YouTube, plunging, drano, mister plumber…nothing was working.
Called RotoRooter and they quickly scheduled my service right away.

Elvis came to our home, was very polite, professional, and punctual.
He walked me through the steps he had to take and explained his process thoroughly. Very patient, not a pushy plumber trying to upsell, just a genuine good human.
He’s very knowledgeable, you could tell he just wanted to fix the problem. He also guaranteed his work, something not everyone does.
He cleaned up after, we will only be using their services from now on.

I was pleasantly surprised to get a same day appointment. Plumber Mark showed up at scheduled time. He was very attentive and professional. He determined my dishwasher was leaking and charged me nothing for his diagnosis. I will definitely continue to use Roto-Rooter in the future.
