I'm consistently impressed with the great prices, wide selection, and friendly service at Walmart! Whether I'm picking up groceries, doing some quick shopping, or grabbing a quick bite to eat at the in-store cafe, I always have a positive experience. The store is always well-organized and clean, and the staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. Plus, their online ordering and curbside pickup options make it even more convenient. Walmart truly lives up to its reputation as a one-stop shop for all my needs. Keep up the great work!

Black Friday shopping on line: Ordered this phone, indicated I could pick up, they notified me when it would be ready, following instructions I tapped On My Way, pulled in at #2 and notified I was parked there and a gentleman came to greet me, handed the phone over and that was it! So simple. No stress. Yay!!!

Reaven had great customer service. He was at the self check out area Friday night and it was packed with people. Everyone was asking him questions/needing his help and he remained calm the entire time. Great patience, amazing customer service.

I love wali world , I like to get lost and shop for tampons and pads. And walk the red carpet and sing all over the store. I like to use the restroom there they are real fancy😂

All Walmarts have the same inside structure . So I can find my articles , no matter whether I am in Houston , San Antonio or Austin . Great .

Great store, helpful employees, almost always has whatever I need. Very convenient location too, lots of parking available - at least early in the morning. I really enjoy shopping here.

Went to the auto care center for an oil change and tire rotation. They do get busy at times, but always do a great job for a reasonable price!

I adore Walmart. As for alien, I prefer it more than HEB.

Found what I wanted at very reasonable prices.

I used to work a couple miles from this Walmart and would never go there because frankly it was ghetto. Just not clean or well-stocked and looked very dated. This year the only thing requested for my youngest granddaughter's present at Christmas was Disney's Nemo ocean lights Mr. Ray activity mat. Problem was everywhere was sold out. So of course I ordered it from Amazon and it showed it would deliver 3 days before Christmas. Then a few days later I get an email that it's not in stock and they'll send me an email when it is available. Mind you this is now 10 days before Christmas. A frantic search was on and I called all over the place. I was willing to drive a couple hundred miles if necessary. And then I thought well maybe Walmart has it. Same story, every store I checked it was out of stock. Then a store said they had it and I had her actually go check on the floor and the inventory count was wrong; they did not have it. So the Norwood Park location is about an hour from where I live, but online it showed they had 5 in stock. Bless this girl's heart I wish I could remember her name but she was in the fitting room in the ladies section and she went and searched every box and all of the aisles until she found that they really did have it and would hold it for me. I jumped in my truck, drove there immediately, went to her and thanked her for being so helpful. The baby absolutely loves it! Christmas was saved LOL On a separate note, I don't know if that store's under new management or Walmart just decided to put some money into it but I was very pleasantly surprised at its appearance. Well-stocked, the layout seems to be a bit different now and quite clean. I wouldn't hesitate to go back if I'm in the area.

Always a fun experience. I can shop for hours here. Lately they have been getting better brands of merchandise with the same great prices.

5 STAR shout-out to the automotive department!! I think extreme heat accelerated the car’s corroding battery. I was trying to hurry + see my sibling before they left for the college semester. I am so grateful for the fast help. 🤗

My car died as I pulled up. By 11am, wait was 3hrs+, about 7 people in line. The technicians tried to jump my car (it was too dead), then suggested to buy + wait. A battery replacement takes ~5 mins, the technician took a few mins to help me.

I was surprised that the prices are really good in comparison to a dealership or local shops like Flamingo. The wait room isn’t fancy (it’s Walmart!) ☺ but service was better than the Charles Maund/Toyota North/Research dealership. The team is nice and they are short-staffed. Hopefully people apply.

Since I was parked outside the work area, I asked to watch so I can do it next time!!
How-To change a car battery: Turn off car ignition completely, undo the prongs, make sure they don’t touch each other or the battery, exchange the battery, secure prongs.

I didn't know these ice cream flavors existed...

I always loved shopping and going to Walmart for my everyday needs but this location never has a few of the things I need when I go here like eye drops, and a few other things but not anything for them to get a bad rating for. I love the grocery area and the things I have use for. The last time I went in here I noticed that the bakery has a cherry Danish they sell now. The biggest mistakes I feel Walmart stores made was when they stopped selling fried okra and the s'mores pudding they used to have at their hot food and dessert deli.
