Price matching for online stores and extremely personal employees. Just upgraded my Radcat Shredder V2 ESC to a Max8 150A running 6s. Had a hard time soldiering so I took it up here and they did a BADA$$ job. I'm in this store at least 3 times a week.

While they don't even sell parts or cars from Redcat Racing, which is currently all I have, they are always willing to help me fix my car and help me find parts through other stores or online. Because of this I will go out of my way to buy from this location, I've got like 8 batteries now lol.. Kelso specifically has earned my respect as he is always looking out for my best interests but the rest of the staff is certainly on par as well. I've left my phone here and other small items all being returned to me without question.

This place is incredible!

Tons of toys and models.
I found exactly what I was looking for with ease.
The workers are also very helpful and seem to be in a good mood. They also will ask what you’re working on to make conversation which is always nice.

I could stay here allday and never get tired of looking at all the armory models. And there is a ton more of just about everything. Rc, trains, space, military (ww1 and 2 current military) high end models such as dragon taimaya and rey field. Go check it out.

I started recently in the quadcopter world, Luis really has extensive knowledge on the subject and has squared me away more than once. Then I picked up some BNF drones and had a few minor issues and he straightened me out. I have heard his name more than once around the DFW area in the quad world and he does well to live up to his reputation. Joaquin took the time to show me how to fly more consistently, he's young but he shows great promise.

Thanks to the whole staff there, I know several of you guys have really helped me as I get off the ground.

One comment I do have, I would like to see more DIY quad parts there.

Always had great experience there. Every employee works there is very welcoming especially love the help from young man Joseph, who has always helped me especially with my servo wires. This young man is very welcoming and very helpful. My go to store for all the RC parts...

One of my favorite hobby stores in the dfw area. Love and appreciate how y'all are expanding into more "nerdier" hobbies. Y'all's selection of gundams and Warhammer seems to grow by the week. Thank you guys for all your hard work!

Most excellent selection of Gunpla Gundum kits, tools, supplies, etc. And... they have Build Nights every other weekend. Our kiddo is excited about that.

Very cool place! We wandered in on a whim and found a treasure trove of puzzles, stem games, awesome model kits and rc cars. This is the place to go for holiday shopping for all ages! Pine wood derby accessories and stocking stuffers, too! We will be back.

Nice, clean, well organized store with a great selection of items for your favorite hobbies. I received exceptional customer service in finding exactly what I needed at a great price and was even given directions to a nearby business I was having trouble finding. Next time I’m looking for supplies for my current hobbies or something new to try, this is the place I’ll be going back to !

The loveliest staff with a huge selection! Sad to miss out on the model building get together this Saturday but am hoping to make it to a future event :)

This place is absolutely amazing. It has so much stuff that places like hobby lobby just don’t carry. Specifically, my son was rebuilding a Traxxas car, and had no idea what to do. Not only did Joseph walk him through the process, he also pointed out parts that were needed and repaired a bad hose. The car was back to us in less than 2 days at a very minimal price. We tipped him extra, it was so cheap. And he was so helpful. He was young, but definitely knew what he was doing, and would be a great asset to any company requiring tech knowledge. We were blown away. Thank you Joseph for helping my son. And I’m grateful that hobbytown had all the parts and knowledge we needed. We are new and very happy customers, and are telling our friends with similar hobbies.

This was our first time visiting. This store is way bigger on the inside than it looks! It has all kinds of cool games, model cars, buildable figurines, rc cars and boats, and so much more! My son was amazed by all the cool trucks! We will definitely be back now that my son knows how awesome this store is!

Terrific hobby store, great selection of Gundam models and accessories. The gentlemen were friendly and polite. They were also helpful without being over bearing, which I appreciate. Prices are comparable to online purchases, which is great. Excellent location as well.

Fantastic costumer service! I brought in a broken musical gingerbread house. Although the type of item that needed repair wasn't in their normal wheelhouse, they repaired it quickly. I felt like family, joking with the employees while they made the repair. They sell more than hobby cars, planes and drones. Great place to get toys and board games. I purchased very reasonably priced building blocks. I will be back.
