Great variety of options for groceries, gas, a pharmacy, already prepared food/deli, a bakery, wine and beer and snacks. Good section of fruits and vegatables to choose from. This grocery store has a lot to offer with a butcher shop, seafood counter, Deli, produce, Dallas Cowboys pro shop, and a bakery serving up fresh breads, donuts, and cakes. You must have a savings card to get the sales price. Visit the service counter or have your cashier get your sales card during checkout.

I came on national unicorn day and the store was decorated so well. There were signs that someone took care and decorated everywhere they could for spring and Easter as well. Not to mention the food choices are good and the store is actually pretty well laid out in a manner that makes sense.

As always, Tom Thumb was well organized, well planned for a grocery store. The manager, Mr. Perez will bend over backwards to make everything right.

Just a routine shopping trip for some odds and ends. Well kept store with a friendly staff.

I went in to purchase a money order. The line was not long and the process was fast. This store is always so nice and smells wonderful when you walk in. They have great floral selection and even a Quest diagnostics Center inside. This store is more of an "experience" and a whole mood. LOVE IT!!!

Consistently good groceries here and all the brands we all know & love. If, for some reason you can't find it, ask someone for help. If, for some reason, they're not carrying it right now, you can talk to the front and they'll probably Start carrying it for you. I asked about a certain coffee brand and they now carry it. I'm both impressed and highly satisfied. I recommend this place for all your grocery shopping needs!

Receive my COVID shot then purchase something I wasn't expecting to purchase. But I love it.

Despite the issues I have with the company for discriminating toward my wife and those with disabilities, plus corporates refusal to speak with me after many repeated attempts, I give this particular store 5 stars.

I had many employee interactions on this visit including a few different departments and they were all good.

The prices on many items were a bit high and sometimes extremely high but I can't hold the employees of this store accountable for that.

That had a good selection of various items, the store was clean, and well stocked. I didn't see any employee just standing around or unwilling to show courteous behaviors or helpful and friendly behavior.

I've only been to one other Tom Thumb in the area in which a front end manager was remotely this friendly and helpful as all the employees were here.

Despite my feelings about Tom Thumb overall, I would visit this store again if they can continue this type of service.

Shrimp 🍤 was on sale. Had to get it. I also got some Broccoli salad from the deli. Apparently I'm not the only one who thinks so. There was only a little left.I asked the guy to scrape the container and give me all that was left.

I go there to buy fruits, especially watermelon and pineapple. I ship for brisket. They have specials during holidays. It has awesome savings.

Staff is always nice, aisles are stocked and employees aren't usually blocking the way stocking while you're shopping. Digital coupons and sales are always a perk.

I just want to say that Kaleb really impressed me with his customer service! He went above and beyond to help me get distilled water that i really needed and had already been to 3 different stores looking for it. Thank you and God bless.

I have recently fallen in love w this Tom Thumb vs Walmart where I was going. Much better bakery and desert selection and fresh vegetables too. Meat is better quality and you have a butcher available for asking questions too.

This review is for the floral department. I came in around 8:15 am yesterday to buy some tulips to put on a casket for a funeral and was relieved to find a beautiful bouquet of white tulips that were exactly what I needed. (I had stopped at the Kroger on Shiloh & Campbell first since they're closer to my house and their tulips were moldy!) I brought them up to the floral department and the gal working (it said Karla on the receipt) graciously listened to my request and wrapped the bouquet in paper & white ribbon so they were presentable. I've stopped at Tom Thumb stores to buy flowers several times over the past few years and they're always high quality, so I appreciate the consistency & good customer service.

Store is always well stocked and clean. Great produce selection. Have never seen rotting fruits or vegetables on the shelf with hordes of gnats or fruit flies hanging about. I've seen the store manager out walking the sales floor, seen actual employees operating registers while also having self check-out available, stockers don't block the aisles, are friendly and don't turn tail and run if they see a customer headed their way. Top notch grocery store all the way! Kroger needs to take lessons here.

There are two people in particular that a very kind. My loyalty is there because the people act like they care. I'll pay a little more sometimes just to get the good service here.
