Very clean! Friendly staff around. We enjoyed the sales lady Tuesday in the jewelry department. Took care of my rings to be cleaned and ck for loose diamonds. Thank you so much!

Mostly Had what I wanted and ON SALE. And my size is pretty common, but they still had 1 left that I could wear.

I love Kohls of Rockwall. They are friendly and easy to talk too. I spend by pastime there, even if I don't buy anything. I enjoy the atmosphere. Thanks for having the Bali representative there yesterday. She was so helpful and I felt so special getting all the person care and help to select Bali products. Well done Kohls!

There are many nice associates at the Rockwall Kohls, but Customer Service associate, Angela, deserves recognition. There were 5 customers ahead of me in line and Angela was patient, kind, and courteous to everyone of us. Angela is very knowledgeable and handles her job with professionalism. I hope Kohl's uses Angela to train other associates!

I haven't seen customer service like I saw in Sephora today. Everything was just perfect!!

Being the holidays, it was busy, but customer service was on point. Jewelry department was attentive. The customer service line wrapped around but moved along quickly, and the cashiers were very polite and well mannered.

The manager checked us out and he was very nice and helpful. We wanted to do the survey for the store but it keeps saying the access code on my receipt is invalid. I just wanted to make sure the store is still recognized for friendly service.
