I found the car i really wanted online and was contacted quickly by Hank. We were able to negotiate over the phone and the next day I drove to Rockwall to pick up the vehicle. Hank was very helpful and enthusiastic and made the process of spending a lot of money, dare I say, enjoyable. Finance got us in and out pretty quickly and was never pushy. After purchasing a car completely online I thought I’d never step foot in a dealership again. It can be intimidating but that wasn’t the vibe I got here.

Just picked up my Hybrid Kia Sportage! I’ve been wanting this vehicle for a long time, I ordered it months ago from my local dealership, but they still haven’t given me an estimate on arrival. So when I saw one pop up in Rockwall, I called right away. The car was not on the lot yet, but scheduled to arrive soon. Ethan was professional, prompt, and lovely to work with. He was able to match my offer from the other dealership on price and my trade in over the phone, and I secured it with a deposit! The car arrived 12 days early and Ethan called right away, got it ready, and we drove up to see it the next day. He was very knowledgeable and excited about the car, and made the experience very enjoyable. We arrived, test drove, handed over the trade-in, setup the new car, paid cash, and left all in just under two hours! No surprise expenses! We were offered several extended warranties, and we accepted one, but otherwise paid exactly what was agreed to over the phone. They put a full tank of gas in the car and had it perfectly clean and ready to go! I never go into a car dealership expecting a smooth ride, but this experience was seamless!

My husband and I set up an appointment at Southwest Kia of Rockwall and Tall Zach help us out. He is a very nice and pleasant guy! He took great care of us! We will definitely go there again! Tall Zach even offered when we got the keys if we wanted our picture taken with the new car! 😆 Great customer service! The finance gentlemen was just as nice, and the Manager Maria ( I believe sorry if that’s incorrect) she was so nice and attentive and funny! Great place! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had a great overall experience. We called and spoke with Ethan and he had everything ready for us when we arrived. He listened to what we wanted and made it happen. Chris in financing was amazing as well. He was great to work with and made that part easy and fast.

While I eventually didn't purchase from this Kia dealership, Hank (and Ross) initially helped me on my inquiries and test drives. They were patient, answered all of my questions and a pleasure to work with. Due to circumstances beyond anyone's control, I actually purchased from another dealership, where my car was towed to. However, Hank professionally followed us with me and was genuinely happy for my purchase. If you are in the area and want a Kia (which I highly recommend), please consider giving your business to them.

My experience was way better than I anticipated walking into a dealership. When I first contacted them a month ago about a Sorento, they were able to find the perfect one and made the process smooth easy for me. Our salesman, SHANE ONEAL was amazing and he made the purchase seamless and made sure we got what we wanted. He was not pushy at all, like a lot of car salesmen are, so that made the experience stress free. We did not have to wait a long time to get the process started and he made sure to go over all of the features to make sure I was comfortable with the vehicle. He reached out the next day to see if there was anything we needed or any questions we had. The finance manager, Eric Everly also made the experience easy and hassle free. Shane is up front and and asks what your budget is and showed us the ones that were in our budget range. I highly recommend this dealership and will definitely use them again in the future.

Zachary Rusk was a phenomenal sales associate. He coordinated my deal so I could drive in 3 hours to purchase the vehicle. He was respectful and straightforward. Y'all I can't express how good and awesome I was treated at the dealership. From the moment I walked into the dealership I was greeted and was immediately at my salesman desk. Ross was awesome thru the hole process and very patient with me since I had to keep calling my man. Eric the finance manger was as amazing and he really explained with the tends of the sale. Kia Southwest is a great place to buy a new vehicle. Everyone was courteous, polite, and very helpful. The process was not painful at all and very quick. I took my car in to the Rockwall Kia location on the advice of my nephew's friend. I had a recall for the security system and air bags. I am NOT a fan of having my car serviced at dealerships because of their reputations for dishonesty. They have a way of finding repairs you really don't need. So for me, it's always a good idea to find a reliable, independent garage for your service needs. I have 2 that I have been using for years. The only reason I was at Kia was because of the recalls.
HOWEVER, I said all of that to say this: The service professional, Luke Lovejoy, was fantastic!!👏 👌 He was professional, personable and knowledgeable! He took the time to explain what was going on with my car. I also witnessed his interactions with another client and he was just as professional with that person as well. Luke was raised right!! His respect for those he encounters is evident. Such a great guy!! Thank you young man. A great experience with you. Should I need to visit Kia in Rockwall again, I'll look for you!! Great buying experience. Jonathan, my salesman, was fantastic! I was traveling to make the purchase so we completed most things via email, sent me a live video, and picked us up at the airport. The service and buying experience was great. I cant say enough about their hospitality. The vehicle was even better than I was expecting!
