Courtney was so helpful tonight in getting me what I need. I don’t know much about my car outside of make, model, and year. They took the time to come out into the parking lot and teach me where to find different information and when they didn’t have what I needed there in stock they called to another store and asked to save me a trip. They also ordered what I needed to be sent to the store tomorrow just in case other places didn’t have it. Great customer service and great experience:)

Curtis is one of the best parts guys in the area. He will take the time to truly listen to your problems and it's not always about the sale for him he wants You feeling confident in your car when you're taking the family out or when you have to get up every morning at 3am for work and you need a reliable vehicle. Brad and Jon You guys are extremely intelligent and I would recommend anyone there as long as one of You are working!!!

Had a check engine light on and they used their OBD II reader to diagnose the issue for free. Super helpful gentleman and sold me what I needed to fix the issue. No more check engine light now. Awesome

Curtis is the manager of the store I frequent on Milton Ave in Janesville.
I've been using the store for over 5 years.
It started out as an convenience situation.
My loyalty to the store came after it became apparent that Curtis will go out of his way to make sure that whatever parts you're buying are the correct part and that the quality expected is delivered.
I will encourage anyone reading this to use Advanced Auto on Milton Ave for all of their automotive needs.
The crew of the store are always ready to help.
I made an edit due to the fact that I had inserted Auto Zone in my original review.
Curtis...this should make you happy. I said I'd edit it, and I did. It was funny though...😂

Went in pretty late past night due to a check engine light. When I walked in all the employees came forward and greeted me right away. We went out to run a diagnostic test on my car. The employee helping me didn't recognize the code and went out of his way to do searches to help find the problem/solution. He was very helpful and determined to figure out my cars issue.

Previously, I always went to Advance for smaller things in stock at the location and have never had any complaints. Recently, I needed a new mirror for my car. I called up Curtis at Advance, asking if he could try to find one for me. I had already called bumper to bumper, where I usually get a lot of my parts but they told me they'd call me back (and it's been over a week and I never heard back.) Then, Curtis says, he'll call me back. So, I'm in my head thinking great, I'm going to get blown off again. Keeping in mind, I drive a pretty common car, I didn't think it would be such a big deal. So, on to the next place because I thought i was going to get blown off again, I called O'Reilly's and they told me they couldn't get it at all. Then, Curtis calls back and tells me a price and I could get it on Thursday, which that day was Monday. I call in on Friday, because I was never called to let me know my mirror was in and Curtis, immediately realizes when he called to put my order in, they were closed and he was off the next day after, so my mirror got missed. Now, I'm understanding, people make mistakes, no problem. The mirror is just cosmetic, so I'm not that worried about it because my car still ran even though the mirror was all messed up. Curtis advises it's going to be another couple days. Once again, no big deal. To my surprise, I get a call from Andy, the next morning, letting me know my mirror was in. I hustled up there to grab my mirror, now being Saturday afternoon. Since this item was sent straight from the vendor, I thought it would take a little bit anyways. Got to the store and Andy greeted me at the counter, "you must be Kate, I saw your broken mirror" Of course, I laugh and say yes. We opened the box, made sure it was the correct mirror, perfect match it was. We go to check out. Somehow, with the paper work, there was a mistake made with my pricing on the item. It took a couple minutes for Andy to call Curtis and get it fixed, and I was on the way home. I appreciate the fact that when there was a mistake made, I was told a mistake was made. There was another associate, I believe his name was John bought my small son, a bag of chez-its while we were waiting for Andy to talk to Curtis to get pricing fixed. All in all, the service was a tiny bit patchy, but I will return in the future, strictly based off the integrity, the friendly and thorough service will be the basis of my return. Keep Up The Good Work Curtis & Andy!

A few of the gentlemen, especially Matt, helped get my car drivable so I could get it to a repair shop. And they had the part I needed in stock. You were a blessing to me today. And I thank you! You went over and above your duties to be assist me. Advance Auto is my favorite parts store.

Great customer service. Driving through to Minnesota, bad weather and needed new windshield wipers.
The gentlemen were polite and put the blades on for me.
It’s now pouring, we’re heading into a blizzard, for a concert and we can see! Yay

Came here for a battery replacement as they did a friend's car earlier in the year. Turns out the car I was seeking to have the battery replaced in requires the quarter panel to be taken off (!!!) so they were unable to do it. They were nice enough to let me take the battery with to do the replacement on my own and bring back the old one for recycling later on.
