I wanted a manual printed from my computer and followed the directions on the website about my preferences. After 'tweaking' the document to my liking, I submitted the order. Within hours (not the next day, which was the default after 2pm submission) I received the message that it was ready. It was perfectly done! Would definitely recommend this service and will certainly use it in the future.

The OD staff are always pleasant and helpful. They never fail to greet me and ask if I need assistance. The store is clean and orderly, and prices are quite reasonable.

Used packaging & shipping at my local store for the first time. Avoided the long holiday lines at other shipping businesses, experienced exceptional and knowledgeable customer service, shipped multiple boxes for the lowest rate available, and enjoyed the efficient and expedient process.

Staff quick to greet you when entering the store. Stocking for upcoming back-to-school season so some merchandise still in boxes and not marked with price. Office Max a good store to shop when items on sale, but regular prices are a bit steep. Store also offers on-line sales with store pick up or delivery. Employees are friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking and located in Creston Park Plaza.

Britany in the print center is incredible. Britany helped print/cut/fold a birthday card for my sister with a couple of pictures my son and I made. Even sized it to the envelope I had. It’s going to make my sister’s day and I couldn’t have done it without you. Thank you!

My wife went to the store to get Memorial business size cards printed for the anniversary of the death of her brother. After getting these home 2 relatives commented on how dark they were. We went back to the store and the manager Courtney was very helpful in getting the right darkness printed out for us. We are very appreciative of great help Courtney provided us.

Courtney is a great store manager she goes above and beyond to appeal to her customers. I came into the store for a book binding and one of her associates was fairly careless. I could not find my usual printer inks in a competitor's store. In fact, their shelves were more than half empty and I was told they could not order them either. Although there was a much greater selection at OfficeMax, they did not have the items either, but promptly ordered them and I received them, delivered free of charge at home home in only 2 days! Very happy with the service here too!

Absolutely amazing service from Courtney and her co-worker gentleman (sorry I didn’t get his name) in the print and copy Dept. They managed to do same day printing, in fact she printed and cut while I waited. I will absolutely return when I’m back in town.
