Went in at a very slow time, looking for a sd card for a camera. Had questions, looked for someone for help. Went to one person and he ignored me, another one paged someone to help, waited 10 minutes and left. Went to Wal-Mart and got the sd card. Get better employees.

If you need a laptop, talk to Sam. He knows them all, and tells you about all of the hidden issues, why they’re priced differently, what to really look for, etc. Doesn’t try to sell you or push you towards the overpriced ones. Great experience with him.

TRZ is the best delivery crew ever!! I live in MKE. I had a refrigerator delivered to my home in Janesville on Saturday. The delivery window was 1-5. Roel and Miguel of TRZ called at 11:30, were there at 12 and were done at 12:33 This includes the time they took showing my son where the water shutoff is in the basement and how to disconnect the hose from the old "frig." Had they not helped us out, we would have had both there until I could get a plumber out Monday to take care of this issue. Thank goodness for Roel and Miguel of TRZ. Thank you ,Best Buy. The new "frig" is terrific!

I have never been disappointed with any thing about this store. Their Geek Squad has helped us on MANY occasions. Today we had the pleasure of having Lane “The Main Man” hang a television for us. He was polite, personable and knowledgeable. He has added to our great experiences with The Geek Squad at the Janesville store. Thank you, Lane! 👏👏

The person who helped me at geek squad yesterday was so kind and patient with me I wish I had gotten his name, he put me at ease immediately with his helpful gestures !! Best service ever !!

Big thanks to Hutch for helping me schedule my TV mounting! I had an issue the night prior and didn’t expect a call back but was greeted by a friendly voice and had me all taken care of asap. Really surprised how smooth it went thank you!

I purchased a computer and it malfunctioned from the start. I took it back and that's where I met Joey. He went above and beyond to help me, explaining everything clearly (to a non computer guy) that guy is what keeps people coming back and keeps a business alive. Congratulations to Best Buy for finding an employee like him.

Employees were polite and considering the season we only had to wait 2 minutes in the checkout. It was 2pm on Saturday in December.

Got a real good black Friday deal, had to get it delivered. Was promised on Thursday but came on Sunday!

Ok, it's a Best Buy and there's not really anything unique about it and I normally would not leave a review. Best Buy, standard, Best Buy. However, I was in a big hurry and looking for a battery charger for my Kid's camera battery. Right before she was getting on a plane. For Europe. I was a little haggard & two employees there really, really helped me out. They got me what I thought I needed, opened up the package and even tested my battery just to make sure. Great customer service!

Overall it was a little depressing but that's not Best Buy's fault. Online sales have really reduced the item they stock in the store. I'm old and back in the 90's Best Buy was an electronic wonderland for a kid in rural IL. They used to have everything! They have to adapt and I guess I'm just missing what it was like 'back when I was a kid'!

Staff was super helpful in a situation that was relatively stressful for our household! We bought a new freezer and didn’t get it setup in time to figure out it didn’t work in the return window so we had to go through the manufacturer warranty which was confusing but the staff there got it all worked out. They even helped me haul out the old one and get the new one loaded. So helpful!

Had an issue with Microsoft requiring a reset of my phone internet account. Haley & Jakob solved the problem after some serious discussion although it took over 1/2 hour for Microsoft to accept the resultant "fix". Both Geeks were very personable & customer orientated. A 2nd issue regarding transfer of data from one flash drive to another was reconciled by Hunter in a matter of minutes. Again, great customer attitude & very prompt solution.

Had to get a new firestick. The one I purchased in May eats through batteries every 24-30 hours. Not happy.

Best Buy has employees who are able to assist and answer questions. If the store does not carry merchandise, it can be ordered and delivered to your home or the store. Plenty of parking and good location.

Very helpful and friendly staff! I haven't shopped at Best Buy for years, but my recent experience is encouraging me to shop there again.

My boyfriend surprised me with a remote start! I didn't even know that there was an installation shop on the side of Best Buy. It was a great experience overall. The men working in the department were great! They did amazing work on my vehicle and took the time to make sure I understood everything. They were so informative and made me laugh while there. Great gift!
