Mike made the process incredibly smooth. He is incredibly knowledgeable and efficient. He was on top of things before I even knew I needed to be on top of them! I'd recommend Mike and his team 10/10 times! The best part about Mike and his team is that in addition to being fantastic at what they do, they are connectors, if for some odd reason they cant help, they will find someone who can! Again, I can't see myself working with anyone else after the incredible experience his agency offered!

Mike doesn't call or email. I'm frustrated with the total non-communication between their headquarters team (phone customer service reps) and Mike, my agent. HQ isn't empowered to make certain policy changes without the actual agent, and you can't cancel online.

Mike only solved my issue once I got their "state support team" involved. There's no number for state support team, you have to have them transfer you.

Companies like this need to evolve, badly.

He never answers the phone ! I’ve been calling him since aug & never an answer I have called multiple times to cancel my insurance and they didn’t on time but did put in notes and they sent me to collections took over 2 months to have Disputed and now there saying I owe 40 it’s such a total scam
