The best most consistent customer service. I come here for Amazon returns, notary, printing posters, and mailing things. If I ever move away from traverse mountain this will be one of the things I miss having close by! It’s just so convenient and a helpful store.

Wow, I was so so impressed by this store! The staff was so friendly & helpful. We did my wedding invites (which I am very picky about) and Jake took the time to touch up the photos to make them just what I wanted. They printed tons of samples until we found what was just right. It was super affordable & they turned out great. I’m super happy with them! I would recommend!

When I have to drop several boxes at the same time I love this store, people are helpful and make it easier and always find a parking spot closer to the door

EVERY TIME I go here I get the BEST service. From returning Amazon order to mailing packages they are always ready to help. I bet I have been here 20 times in the last few years. The other day I had to mail a passport and a new training employee charged me too little for postage. When we discovered the mistake I said I was willing to pay the difference and they refused to take my money! Skip the Post Office and come here!

I had an AMAZING experience here customer service is amazing who ever hired an Ellie did an amazing job there copies are amazing also and are always perfect 10 stars if i could. Highly satisfied and definitely recommend for your next printing experience 😃

This is the best UPS Store and overall one the friendliest and consistent businesses I visit. It doesn’t matter what you are there for, big or small, Amazon return, shipping needs, or just an envelope….they are friendly and awesome. Drive past others to get to this one. The best!

I had an outstanding experience with the people at this location this morning. At the very last minute I had an urgent print job for the program for a family funeral. Due to circumstances beyond my control, I didn't have enough time to order them in advance so I hurriedly emailed my request 15 minutes before I needed to pick it up.
I followed up with a call to see if they'd be able to help me and they kindly looked up my email and said they would be able to! In my rush, I'd sent the wrong file and they waited patiently while I re-sent the correct file. She confirmed the pricing to make sure I didn't have a surprise when I got there. We then agreed I would pick it up ASAP.
A few minutes later, I got a call from another team member and he said that the printed version didn't look quite right when folded (as I told them I intended to do). He said he'd made some adjustments and had a mock up for me to review. I was so surprised and grateful! I told him I trusted his judgment and they went ahead and printed them for me.
To top it off, when I arrived in a panicked rush (and a few minutes later then I had wanted), I found the first team member had folded the programs and was inspecting them for final approval.
I was so touched at the compassion and care they showed me. I felt terrible for rushing this on them but they didn't complain and were so thoughtful.
I don't remember their names but they definitely deserve recognition for being kindhearted when they certainly didn't have to be!
Oh, and the adjustments he made were definitely an improvement so trusting him paid off!

This UPS Store is the best. Great customer service, great people and always super efficient. Seriously the best store in the whole complex. I take all my Amazon returns there, get printed copies of my presentations, laminates and do shipping.

A review of a UPS Store? Yep! It was that good of an experience. I went in to the store to pick up a package that I didn’t want hanging out on my doorstep while I was at work. The staff was absolutely amazing! They went out of their way to make sure that I had a good experience. The service was positive, cheerful, and more than I expected. When my dad came in on crutches the staff went out of their way to help him get through the narrow aisles. They managed the line quickly and courteously. I never felt rushed, and was well treated. Count me impressed!

Staff are always exceptionally helpful and friendly. Of course at 5pm on a weekday there will be a little wait, but the staff do everything they can to attend to the line quickly. I’m impressed each time I go.

They are always fast, convenient, and friendly! Easy and painless for Amazon returns. I printed my son’s student body posters here for half the price of anywhere else (seriously, half of even cheap WalMart!). I love this place!

Donovan and all the employees at this location are fabulous to work with. I had several print jobs recently and they've done great quality work and so fast! I highly recommend them!

There are 2 UPS Stores closer to me than this one, but we are always happy to travel a little bit more for the excellent experiences we have with the team at this location EVERY time. They offer wonderful customer service! They are always kind, fast, accomodating and go the extra mile. Currently we have to do curbside service and they have also stepped up there to never make us feel like an inconvenience, but instead are so happy to help. The manager, I believe his name is Donovan, sets the example from the top and that trickles through every employee we have encountered. I HIGHLY recommend this location!

I love this location, the service and the employees. I do both personal and business shipping and printing through them and they always go above and beyond to meet my needs. They know my name and my preferences. I love that they give the best possible shipping options for my packages, be it USPS or UPS to save me delivery time and/or money. They are always punctual on printing and continuously provide great quality.

I arrived here one minute before they close and since I had a big job, I had to hold them for another 20 minutes. The team there was extremely patient and nice and very helpful. I couldn't have a better experience. Thank you team UPS!

This UPS store stands superior to all other UPS stores. I drive from 30+ minutes away to business here. Worth it every time.

I love this location! I ship packages but mostly do a lot of printing here. They are so helpful and fast and everything always turns out great. The customer service can't be beat, Donovan is a great manager. One time I volunteered to print programs for a funeral of a family with zero budget. I didn't even mention that but when I went to check out the employee told me there was no cost. Seriously the best people.

Consistent, efficient, considerate, and helpful staff from day 1 of opening. We've been living here since 2016 & they're still wonderful here
