Dr. Alward took over care for my son with a rare sleep disorder when his last doctor retired. We were so worried we would not find someone knowledgeable enough to continue with my son's care. He has been so supportive and so attentive to our needs and concerns. He is a wonderful doctor and human.

I really like Dr.Alward. He is picking up my care after my doctor of 25 plus years retired. He listens and I felt very comfortable talking with him. I look forward to our patient / Doctor relationship.

Dr. Alward is the best physician. He never talks down to me, answers any and all questions I might have, and listens to my concerns. He does his best to accommodate my requests, within reason. I see him for general sickness, allergies, med-checks for my ADD medication, and even my annual exam. My prescription refills are called in to the pharmacy or are ready for pick-up in a very timely manner, and I never wait more than 10 minutes for an appointment. He's very patient, very efficient, and never strays off topic unless I ask other questions. He's great!

I have been with Dr Alward for over five years now. I can't say anything negative about him. I can say, this office give more than 100% care and attention. With this in mind, the phones are busy and there are so long delay. Still would not trade this office for another one.

I have been seeing Dr. Alward for many years. I like the fact that he takes the time to listen and ask many questions. He is a calm person and makes me feel at ease.

Called at 10am on a Wednesday to try to schedule an appointment. I was placed on hold for 20 minutes then hung up on. I called back and it just rang and rang and rang. Called back again and immediately placed on hold again, this time with no greeting. Wasted 30 minutes of my day.
