I love Rusty! What a great, inexpensive place to chill during the week! We come here for free ping pong any day and free pool on Thursdays! The food is bomb for bar food (try the mac and cheese bites or a burger!) And $10 lone star pitchers are a daily special. One negative is the (lack of) music; I do wish they would play music outside of people paying the machine, but that's also why I recommend for more chill week days.

The food here is absolutely delicious! Great menu choices! The environment is chill! There are darts and pool tables and games! The staff is cool and friendly! I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!! BTW Pet friendly in the patio area!!

I LOVE this place! The staff is super friendly and no nonsense. They always welcome us with smiles (I’m sure, even though they are behind masks) The food is solid and the food is so yummy. The wings are piping hot and crispy. The tortilla soup is SO good. I add extra avocado and am in heaven. We always feel so comfortable and special.

Great drinks, excellent service. Been coming since it was Geno’s. The new owner has done a fantastic job making it a great hangout. Pool, DARTS, pinball, ping pong ( Dart tournament every Tuesday at 7 run by a great guy named Kyle).Friendly bar staff ( Claire, Misty, Madeline, Monique, Aimee, Ally, Goodwin, Reed), all call you by your first name and make you feel at home. Sports on about 12 big screens. I can’t forget the food, amazing WINGS, tortilla soup and tacos. Burgers look incredible. Try it out, you’ll be impressed.

NFL package and Bloody Mary bar...Good Drinks, Great Service. Dont let outside scare u away. Really Good affordable food. They serve breakfast also. I went to watch saint's game. They put game on 2 TVs. I didn't even have to ask. This is my new game spot. I rarely give 5 stars. Football great place to catch game.

The place was a great Sunday bar to hang out at. Great porch area with plenty of sun or shade depending on your needs. Good food but the wait was long. No dings on this review got that as they are understaffed like everyone is nowadays. Everyone seemed very apologetic and explained what was going on so it was fine. Great brunch menu and drinks. Chill adult environment. Not kid or teen friendly due to cigarette smoke and language. It is a bar after all. Dog friendly outside. Good jukebox music. Overall great experience.

Rusty Cannon is awesome, it has that chill neighborhood-bar type of vibe- with tables out front & a few pool tables inside. Excellent menu, too! They have some of the best wings around on Monday nights (for dine-in service only since they're in such high demand)! Always a good time coming for a drink or two- seems like I always run into an old buddy or make a new friend there, without fail.

10/10. Cheap drinks, cheap wings, great selection of TV's to watch the game. Happy hour is killer here as well.

I miss this place so much, definitely a gem to check out in South Austin. Great specials every night, and food is delicious!!!! Great beer and drink specials also. Reminds me of old skool Austin, before it blew up🙁😒😒

Despite the low key vibe, the bar food is really good, and the tenders are always nice and friendly. Their hamburger is as good as people say, sometimes I go their just for that.
