Worked with Will, and he did a great job. He probably had 10 pairs of boots our for me to try on. I've had a few surgical procedures on one of my feet and it can be hard to find the correct feel and fit. He was very patient and understanding, even with my 2 kids bouncing around the store.

I had a fitting and purchased 2 pairs of work boots. Redwing work boots are the best in the world bar none in my opinion. I still have a pair of extreme cold weather boots I purchased in Kazakhstan in 2001 and they are going strong.

I recently broke my leg and needed shoes for work. Given the pain levels, my shoes have to fit perfect. Our salesman made SEVERAL trips to get different shoes/sizes and was very patient while I tried all of them on.

This is by far the best place to buy a pair of work boots. It is unlike any other shoe shopping experience. You are greeted by a professional who is a boot specialist. They will sit you down in this nice leather scented lounge area to discuss what you are looking for in a boot. They will then go to work sizing you manually first. Then you are put on a high tech machine that will tell them your size and what type of arch you have. I have been wearing the wrong type of boot my whole life and never knew until I came here. They found the perfect boot for my foot and my style. I have never had this good of a work boot. They will do repairs here and help you with anything that has to do with your boots. Everyone that came through while we were there, took off the old red wings only to walk out with a new pair of red wings purchased from the same place.

Absolutely amazing experience and got me fitted perfectly, even if they didn't have the Hawthorne Muleskinners I originally came in for. Would recommend for anyone in the area looking for their boots!

I've been a customer of this store for about 8 years now. They bend over backwards to give you the best experience possible. I've purchased a pair of iron rangers and a pair of postman oxfords. They oil and re-lace my shoes for free when I bring them in per Red Wing policy, and are always happy to do it. They searched the entire country for my postman oxfords and worked with me over a span of months to get them on my feet. This is the service I expect when spending close to $400 on a pair of shoes.

Great little shop with friendly and helpful staff. Seth ordered a pair for me when the style I wanted was not in my size. It took awhile to arrive which is reasonable considering our social situation. Now I have the perfect pair of leather insole work boots, would recommend.

Geno (sp?) was awesome! Went above and beyond to help my husband find boots that were the perfect fit and then took extra time to help me find inserts. He took the time to explain the different types and their uses. Great experience and will definitely come back to this location!

I never thought a shoe store would be somewhere I could get great service, but then I met the team at Red Wings in Fort Worth. The manager was awesome and the other employee handled customers like it was something they enjoy doing. I was indecisive and took more time than I planned on, but they remained patient and provided great options for me to chose from. Now I am planning on going back to buy another pair for personal use, just because of the service they provided me when I was buying work boots.

Great manager who truly cares about what he is doing and a great staff who has clearly adopted his approach.

Was a great experience. I always have trouble finding boot that fit me well. Here they put your feet on machine that measures length and what would best fit your type feet. Seth was very helpful and informative , but not pushy at all. So happy found place where can get help that i need so that its not such hassle like before when i did it on my own.

This place is great. As a person who has worked in both sales and management for many years I can say that Seth was an excellent representative for the Red Wing brand. He was very patient while I checked out different styles and colors. He gave me his personal recommendations and was never pushy about getting me to buy something. Ended up getting the Blacksmith 2955 and Forman Chukka 9215. Will be back soon for some Iron Ranger 8085's.
