This is the best place! The employees are so so very friendly!! They literally have not only the best selection of grab and go items, but also a great variety. I'm a busy gal and I come here almost daily. I have NEVER had an issue with this store. The employees treat and talk to you genuinely and truly care about their customers. Store is clean and organized very well.

They do cash back here.

Customer service is excellent, the lobby and restrooms are always clean, very helpful employees, and the food is always fresh and delicious!

Extremely great customer service, I had spilled my coffee outside and staff was so courteous, they gave me a free coffee and made me feel welcome

There always there when I need them

I am actually bummed to be giving this location a bad review. It was my absolute favorite 7-ELEVEN store until 3/5/2018. The early morning workers are so friendly and the store always has everything in stock and not to mention neatly organized. There must be some new management going on or something because the older lady that checked me out was very rude as all get out. As was trying to use my rewards card to get some delicious slurpee’s, the cashier asked me if I wanted to add some food to my other items; to which I said no. She continued to offer me more items for purchase, I smiled and politely said no ma’am I’m good. She said « well you can use your EBT card, a lot of you people do »by now I was pretty suspicious of what she was trying to imply, but I needed certainty. She then elaborated on her statement « well a lot of you come in here and use them . » I responded by telling her ma’am I do not have an EBT card nor do I want any additional food items. However I would like to know your name because your language and what you are insinuating is offensive and bigoted. While the cashier acted like she didn’t know what was going on and didn’t want to give me her name as well as conveniently acting like she couldn’t speak English (only enough to insult « a lot of ppI like me »I do know this, as a Veteran who traveled around the world I took cultural sensitivity training in preparation for dealing with other cultures besides American. The same should apply to others who specifically come to America to make money off of her citizens. And yes the lady and I were not the same ethnicity and apparently class, because she was classless as ever. You get two stars because she was awful, not your products.

Not a good look or a good feeling 7-Eleven

I bought 2 of the 7-11 brand organic juices ( apple & fruit punch) the tag in front of them said 2 for $3 but it rang up almost $ 4 and when I asked the person working.. They replied" I DONT know did ring up that why so guess it is in the wro g place so you either want them or not." My option that wasnt very professional

The air pump took all the air out of my tire. Manager was not helpful about it either. But the inside was clean and seems to have a good selection. Just don't use the air pump here.

If you’re the woman who worked here at 2:00pm 10/26/2023 I just want to say shame on you. Genuinely, shame on you. The way you treated a homeless man was appalling. When you were called out not only by me, but TWO other customers pumping gas as well in the parking lot you doubled down and I’m ashamed. For you to look me in my eyes as I told you he was a human being too looking for work in a hard time and you said “really they’re human beings?!” Disgusting. Absolutely and utterly disgusting. There is a way you go about speaking to people,, we are in the worst economic crisis this nation has seen since the Great Depression. YOU ran out and screamed your head off at him when you saw him approach us and with our asking or even asking if we felt bothered made the assumption he was bothering us when none of us were bothered showed your blatant racism towards a black man looking for work.you didn’t even know what he was doing you just ran out and started berating him.

Terrible customer service. Restroom was “out of order” If so then where are they going?

The bathrooms were terribly disgusting! the head manager was extremely rude to my daughter and yelled at her when she was telling another customer about the bathrooms and refuse to give us corporates number to complain on them also called the police on us for asking for corporates number. because the bathrooms were so disgusting! we couldn't even touch the door handle. there was poop stuck on the toilet on the walls the trash was over heaping it smelled really bad and on top of it all they had a note about cleanliness in the bathroom I will be posting pictures the owner called the law on us because we asked for a corporate number to complain about how nesty the place is and he refused to give the corporate number and he called the police on us

I have stopped by this 7 eleven location many of times and never had a problem until today. The worker Raj was so incredibly rude and disrespectful. I bought my boyfriend a slurpee and the total was under 2 dollars. I hand Raj over a 5 dollar bill and he hands me back change. I immediately question where my dollar bills were and he tries to tell me that I only gave him 2 dollars. He made me feel like a liar and I did not appreciate that what so ever. Got my boyfriend to make him watch tape and guess what? Raj had to hand me back my change that he tried to hustle me out of. You never treat customers like that. He needs to pay better attention if he is going to be handling people’s money. I never leave reviews but that exchange left a bad taste in my mouth.

Completely Unsatisfactory. I paid for $15 gas. They put it on another pump. I went to talk to them they told me i told them pump 3 &7. Then said i cant get a refund. I had to call the police and spend hours watching videos.

The store is not open 24/7.

Whomever Raj is needs to be fired. He put his hands on me in the store and I will be looking into legal action. The time was around 11:05pm on April 20th, 2019. Check the cameras and take appropriate action.

Don't buy phone chargers from this store. It's a money grab. If this franchise needs cash that bad, join the panhandlers standing outside of your store.
