I've been using this Walgreens Pharmacy on and off for at least 10 years. i don't usually write reviews, but I had to mention one really exceptional employee. I've had not great experiences on occasion at different pharmacies, and we all know refilling prescriptions can be a pain when dealing with doctors, insurance, etc... it's easy for things to go wrong sometimes. Sophie is an amazing pharmacist! She is SO kind, patient, professional and helpful. She won't brush you off if you have a question or concern, and if there's a problem, she will help get to the bottom of it or find a solution. She rocks at her job, and I'm grateful she's there.

I placed an order for some prints and was given a polite phone, informing that the photos were blurry. Tawny at the photo lab explained that the size of the file may have been the issue, even though they were professionally done. She was thoroughly professional in her communication. I felt like she genuinely cares about her job and providing a great service.

I never thought I’d write a review for a Walgreens but the energy in her is immaculate. The employees that helped take care of me were so lovely and kind. I remember one of their names was Alex!

The staff is incredibly kind and helpful especially Linda. They were patient and went above and beyond. I would not suggest the pharmacy here because they are constantly understaffed and not given the amount of employees they need to it can be slow. However just for shopping, or if you have time, this Walgreens was great. Especially Linda! Thank you!

We went to get our Moderna COVID booster shots. It was simple, easy, and painless. We had the required appointments so there was no waiting.
Please, go get your COVID vaccinations!!

I’ve come here for a lot of things over the years, including 2 vaccines recently, and they have always been great!

I've always liked Walgreens. They're a great choice when you need to run in, grab a few things and be on your way. As convenient as a convenience store, with a selection of merchandise and products like a smaller grocery store. Prices are reasonable and the workers are helpful and friendly.

Decent selection and pricing. Never interacted with staff other than checkout which is usually quick. Havent used pharmacy in years but was always adequate.

The slow service at the drive through line even at off peak hours is excessive. I'm at 15 minutes and still second in an original line of 3.

Ordered adhesive posters and when I got to hang them they were not adhesive. Had to go back to store to get posters reprinted. Took about 20 min of time. Missed going to another store I wanted to get to. I asked manager what was to happen to other posters and he said shredded. I asked how much for me to purchase and he says $39.99 each. After their mess up and wasting my gas and time you would think he would’ve offered something off of them esp since they are just being shredded. Very poor customer service from manager. Normally have all my business prints done here but probably going back to Office Depot.

Most things are priced to high. Never run any good sales

First of all, Walgreens is not CVS! We pulled in because we were in the middle of rush-hour traffic, trying to make it to a chiropractor appointment safely. I stopped in to get to specific items. I waited until there was no line to ask the lady at the desk to help me find an item which has never been an issue at CVS and from my memory, I don’t think I had an issue at any Walgreens before either. But there was an issue today I was literally the only one in the store, and this little girl pretty much Gaslit me. The good ole “if you didn’t see it then we probably don’t have it” I asked her to look it up for me and she looked so confused and bothered. She proceeded to get confirmation from her manager and come to find out. He said the exact same thing, so it’s no wonder. The poor thing is miss guided and miss managed and hopefully that changes soon. The managers name is Jesus! Thanks to this dynamic duo. I was in the store three times as long again. I was the only person in there for most of the time and I ended up walking out with nothing. I decided to put down a $27 dental pen that I didn’t want anyways. I was going to buy off of convenience but since they cost me such an inconvenience/headache I had a change of heart and decided to squeeze time to report Trash service!

Horrible!!! I requested my refil on my life saving medication 2 days ago. Still wasn’t ready so I called and asked if I can get it tonight. The guy said it would be ready by 5. I came at 6 with my 4 year old son & he’s saying it won’t be ready for another 30 minutes. I’m going to pray I don’t have an emergency cuz I have to work tomorrow & depend on this medication. I’m going to look at other pharmacy’s.
In addition to all of this 2 guys walked up and cut right in front of me in line & I had been waiting 10-15 minutes & they actually helped those 2 guys first.
The cashier moved in slow motion. I’m so done with this pharmacy.

Another one star review for deleting my last one. Make sure when someone does returns that they don't get laughed at and told they didn't buy the product there, which I had. Not my fault the cashier didn't know makeup. NOT OKAY.

Very unpleasant experience from an employee, refused to give me her/his name. "Taylor" he/she told me afterwards.
All I asked was to clarify a price tag. Many employees, with maybe 6 other customers.
The answer I got was very rude and demeaning.

I came in today to get my daughters prescription. I have been not been working lately due to me getting laid off. I finally got a job and new insurance. I have a discount card that provided as a perk from my Insurance the older lady with the glasses at the window told me she couldn't run it because it looks like my insurance did pretty well. She didn't even take a look or Try to enter it. I understand she was very busy but when your child is sick and you haven't been working that's possibly a discount that could have helped me. She rushed me off and said I can't do that as secondary. I have been in the medical field for 12 years she obviously still could have tried to add the discount then when I gave her the card in the pop out drawer she just ig pred it and I had to ask her to take a look at it. My thing is you never know what someone is going through or what they cannot and cannot afford. Not to mention I just switched to this pharmacy from CVS yesterday because it's closer to my house. The girls at Cvs would have never been that rude to me and ran me off they actually give respect. Not a good look for a first impression.

Horrible service. Rude employees. Long wait time. The automated Walgreens message pisses me off.
