Joseph and Sarah at the Barton Creek Square mall location were amazing!! They were super sweet and helpful purchase wise, and bc the wifi was a little slow at one point when we were trying to do something on the iPad, we got to have a really great conversation. I’m really glad I came in person because they had a lot of really helpful tips and ideas for the setup I wouldn’t have had :)

Angie at the Arboretum was amazing! She really knew her stuff for only being there a few months. I was also suprised to find out they don't work for commission because her and her coworker were so committed to us designing the right sofa and answering all our questions and not rushing us even though it was close to closing time. I thought we were going to walk out with a quote but we actually made the whole purchase instead! I also really appreciate that Lovesac tries hard to future proof their sofas instead of having to create waste everytime we need a new one. I can't wait for our new sactional!

The entire team at Barton Creek has been so helpful and wonderful. They went above and beyond to help us with some changes we needed to accommodate our unique setup and always with a great attitude and quick response! Thank you and we love our products.

Friendly staff on hand and very knowledgeable of the product. Very helpful in picking out and putting together what we needed. Can't wait for our couch configuration with Harmon Kardon Bluetooth surround sound to arrive! Sounds amazing! Give them a chance! Went with the deep seating with 2 ottomans with 1 having storage.

First off, Jessica from Barton creek store took her time and even helped us the first time we went in. She gave us a quote and emailed it to us and everything. When our house was finished, and we were ready to buy, Chris the manager of the store, stayed after they were closed to help us get the couch and configuration we needed. From the moment I walked into the store the associates Lea and Chris were welcoming and super nice. They helped my wife and I with every single question we had, addressed all our concerns, worked with us to get the best deals, and to make the right decision. While I was on vacation I stopped by and tried different styles, fabrics etc and found what I liked. I got a quote and had to wait as I was still in escrow. They were helpful and was able to assist in my decisions to what I wanted and I wanted to make sure when I was ready to purchase from them. Absolutely LOVE all of our Lovesac products! But also LOVE the team at Lovesac Barton Creek, primarily Jessica and also Cris, for helping me complete my room collection!
They really went above and beyond to get me the additional components I wanted in the fabric that had been discontinued.

I showed up without an appointment. I heard of the love sac beanbag type chairs but my girlfriend was raving about the sactional and I was curious so we went. Rhonda and Jessica were helping me out and they were professional and kind and it was really helpful getting the demonstrations they provided. I’m pretty sure I’m going to buy one of the sectionals eventually not only because it seems like a super innovative awesome product but in part because of how great the experience in store was!

We just received our product and put it together and we’re hoping it’s the last couch we own. So far so good. We have no squeaks and they are super comfortable. One thing I would suggest is maybe open showrooms in San Antonio so we don’t have to go to Austin and make the showrooms actually bigger than a room. The sales people were great and very helpful. I would recommend the love sac to everyone.

Jessica was so great! She took the time to answer all my questions and even moved pieces around for me. She helped create a couple of different quotes so I could find the perfect configuration. She was not pushy, but patient while I took my time to make a decision. I really like the Lovesac concept anf believe this we’ll be a product I grow my decor with for years to come. Thank you!!!!

The staff at Lovesac was incredibly helpful and patient with my boyfriend and I while we shopped in their store. We had TONS of questions for them; they went above and beyond to make sure we had the info we needed to make an informed decision on our new furniture! Our new lovesac is amazing. 10/10 would recommend!

Cris and his team were absolutely wonderful. We first talked to Cris five months ago about the Love Sac format and options. Cris followed up with us over the month regarding promotions. This afternoon, after cleaning up a flooded show room, the sold us out set. Again the service was amazing and the team was provided amazing service and had the very best attitudes! If I had a company of my own, I’d hire everyone that was at the store today!!

Not only is the product flexible, stylish, and comfortable - but I had the BEST experience at the Lovesac store! Rhonda, Sarah, and Jessica spent half and hour with us making sure we got the perfect couch! I’m so excited to get my new sac-tional delivered and to start adding to it! Thank you ladies!!!

I read every review before making this large purchase. One too many reviews mentioned how difficult the covers were to put on. I don’t see what all the complaining was about. A petite woman almost in her 50’s easily assembled the sactional start to finish, including unpacking, assembling, configuring etc. so don’t let this complaint deter you (granted I haven’t washed the covers yet but will update the review if needed.) We love all.the.things. - - the quality, eco-friendly mission, amazing options/features, free returns, trial period & customer service for this product and can see it serving our kid & pet friendly family for years to come! Can’t say enough good things about the competency of the staff at Barton Creek mall in Austin, TX as well. Also, check out the founder’s YouTube videos for anything and everything sactional if you’re hesitant or having trouble after your purchase. There is more than enough help with StealthTech as well, which I highly recommend. Sactional + StealthTech takes TV watching to a whole new level - movies, music, sports will never be lame/same again.
