The LEGO® Store Barton Creek

Had fun creating these characters.....the prices are pretty reasonable....I was expecting higher price points. Love that I can buy individual Legos and create my own selections. Didn't purchase today....just looking and playing with the Legos....I was probably the biggest kid there! #Legos

I love this Lego location! They now have the Disney figures numbered, so you’re able to purchase the figure of choice! I wanted Baymax, but it wasn’t available on the shelf. Billy was kind enough to find one in the back. :D Seth rang me up and double checked to make sure it was Baymax. There was also a tall guy with awesome floral lego earrings that greeted us upon entering, but I didn’t get his name. An overall great experience at this Lego Store. I will be visiting on a regular basis.

We went shopping for a birthday gift..our sales person was AWESOME I forgot his name but he's the bald headed guy with the beard. He definitely knows his Legos..We found what we were looking for and we even joined the VIP...we will definitely be back!!

Went in today after loosing 2 pieces for my avatar set and Hudson was awesome found me that parts I needed and I'm super stoked to be able to finish this build thanks again to the awesome staff here and extra thanks to Hudson for hunting down the parts I needed

Love the guys form the Lego store! Always nice and fun place to be even for moms!

This store has everything a Lego fan could ever need. Pick-a-brick wall, build your own minifigure, and tons of Lego sets to buy and that are on display. Staff are friendly and the store has a very upbeat mood to it. Only complaint is that I wish it was bigger 😔

Great store. Staff is always willing to talk, advise, and try to find the sets you want.

Family build night wouldn't be possible without them.

As far as Lego stores go, it was great. They had a good amount of different genres and themes available. I grew up on Legos and bionicles, so it always nice to see what new things they have. Even if the discontinued the best Legos(bionicles).

The Lego store is awesome, it was very clean and spacious and the employees seemed to like what they were doing. There is an area to make your own little lego guy, and the lego keychains were really neat.

This is the best store ever. Amazing staff! Large product selection. Never a dull day when I pull up! At the Lego store…

The selection is good and the staff is extremely helpful. There was no wait to get into the store, but on occasion you have to wait in a short line. It gives you the opportunity to window shop before entering the store. They have mentioned the ability to call and request a piece be held for you but I have not taken advantage of this. I usually can find the sets I want in store or online. Take advantage of the VIP program and you can score deals and free sets.

The people working here love Legos and are happy to talk to you about the sets.

Come on, it's Lego! Is it possible to have a bad experience?! Every staff member is helpful and friendly and very personable. Those pronouns buttons gotta go though. I'm not playing that game.

My bf and I went to the store to build Lego versions of each other for a date, and went to check out and Leonard was so wonderful and kind! What an awesome guy, I really hope he gets a raise or a promotion! He absolutely made our day!

I visited this store today 12/13/20 and the staff just blew me away. The gentleman who was manning the front door was so patient with me. I called so many times with questions and he remained so pleasant and helpful. When I came in as I was leaving he even checked to make sure I got what I was looking for. The other gentleman who checked me out was so freindly and even suggested another place where I could get a piece y'all did not carry. Both gentleman gave customer service that really was top notch. If other stores gave service like this they would have nothing but happy customers. Will gladly return and be a loyal customer just because of these two.

Kian was incredibly helpful and personable, when me and my girlfriend couldn’t find the set we wanted he went to the back to check for us, and after realizing that there was some on the display we had missed, kindly showed us to it. Thank so much Kian!!!

Great store! Well maintained, incredible selection, and amazing staff. Special shout-out to Teresa! I came in to make a purchase to get the limited time Gingerbread House and she told me they were all out, but then went to the back to get me their last display model to send me off a happy customer. It’s the personal touch and friendly service that really sticks with you and she delivered it. Definitely will be returning in future!

I have always been impressed with the service when we go to a Lego store. The staff are always so energetic and seem to like interacting with the kids. Great way to run a store. Selection is always very good and the stores are always organized which is impressive given the nature of the business. I really like this company.
