My prom dress I ordered online was very late, I’m talking it got here the day before prom wrinkled and falling out of the box they put it in. So, I went to the mall and found Windsor! All of the workers in the store were incredibly nice and helped me and the other customers out quickly and well! When I got the dress I wanted I accidentally bought a large instead of a small because I couldn’t find the size and it was the last one. This store not only let me exchange the dress for another size, but even took the small off the manikin and held it for me until I got there, even though I was about 30 minutes late. Again the workers were so nice and understanding and got me everything I needed. Thank you especially to Ardy who helped me specifically with the dress size issue!

Visited this location on Tuesday and was greeted immediately. The girls were very attentive and helpful. Angie suggested items and made my experience very welcoming. I will be coming back for sure!

This is a great place to buy party dresses, mainly for young women, from long formals to short cocktail dresses. The prices are fantastic for party clothes. They have a large variety of styles and colors, too, and lots of sequins, sparkle and glitz.

We had a dress emergency !!!! We had left a dress at home in spring tx and needed one asap for wedding in Austin and we knew the Winsor store styles and fits, so we called from the car and asked Kasey to help us remotely from driving on the high way! We were 40 minutes away and she pulled some styles and we found a perfect dress in less than 20 minutes!!!! You saved us Kasy thank you so much...and bless you and you new baby to come!! Apparently, this location is closing and they had a super sale! I got my new favorite sweater there for $5!!! It was a STEAL. Amazing quality and trendy stuff at good prices in there! Definitely worth the visit.
