Great selection and setup of store. Our salesman Kenney was super helpful and informative with all the details. We got our couch for a great price. It’s not set to get delivered until next week (our choice) so can’t say how much we’ll love our new couch but I’m sure we will.

Kenny Isom was very helpful during our purchase and the men that delivered the furniture were nice, efficient, and did a great job. We will definitely shop at Grand for our next furniture purchase.

Your design consultant, Jamie, and her support staff went above expectations to assist me with my purchase. I will be buying more furniture, soon, and I will visit your Beckley store, again, at that time. My career was in customer service, and I appreciate someone that does a good job.

Matt was awesome! He didn’t follow us around the store bugging us. He gave my husband and me space to browse then asked if we had any questions. Matt answered all questions we did have and gave us pros and cons of each bedroom suit we looked at. Very happy and we purchased that day!

Delivery was free, veterans discount was fully applied. The service was completely with ease. I wasn’t followed around like I was being rushed. Our consultant Jamie Tessman was very helpful. I couldn’t ask for a better customer service representative. She is awesome. Thank you Jamie for making my trip from Charleston Wv to Beckley the best shopping experience we’ve had since we started looking for the right recliner for my Veteran! I’m very satisfied! I had a very good experience with Grands. They let me look around as I wanted and checked back on me periodically. My salesman Matthew Johnson was friendly and efficient. The checkout was pleasant as well. Mrs. Johnson was very sweet and made it a great experience!

We had been searching for queen size bed rails both online & in furnishing stores. We had been told this very day that more than likely they would have to be found at an antique store due to the age of our bed. Thankfully we stopped at Grand furnishings & were shown exactly what we needed by Mr. Terry Ferrell. He was very attentive & courteous. We should be able to get them tomorrow & get those mattresses off the floor. Thankful to have that job accomplished!!

This store has pretty much furnished our home. The consultants are very helpful, personable and professional. I do however miss the 'old Grands' where they met you at the door and offered you a Coke or a water. I thought that was the neatest thing. But that is another tradition that is no more.
