Staples

I don’t go to staples often, but the last two time I went to print posters the employees that helped me were super polite! I can’t remember the last woman’s name, but I went there today and Autumn assisted me! She was amazing! And super sweet! And made feel welcomed! I could’ve talked with her all day! I am very satisfied with my visit!.. And if the Boss(es) don’t mind.. I would kindly like to ask if you would look into giving her a raise.

Nick just assisted me. He was so CHEERFUL and PATIENT with each customer (there were 5 ahead of me). It was a pleasure and his attitude kept my day going in a positive direction!

First visit to this Staples since I located to the Beckley area. I went in to make copies and when I went to the counter Autumn immediately responded to my needs, I was extremely impressed
with her customer service skills.

I experienced fantastic service while I was at this Staples tonight! Two gentlemen by the name of Josh and Tommy came right to me as I walked through the door and they were fantastic! Josh was very helpful when it came to helping me compare the items I wanted to purchase and also giving his input on my decision! Tommy was also very helpful on giving me even more info about my purchase and he was also able to compare prices and give me an extra coupon to save even more money! I will be sure to ask for them every time I go back to that store to make further purchases! Great service!!!!

Had menus printed for an event. They did a wonderful job and their customer service was exceptional. Thank you Mikhala for a smooth and easy process.

Went in today to have prints made for a memorial service tonight, and Emily in the Copy & Print center did an amazing job, and completed a complicated last minute job on time, and it looks great! Kudos!

Friendly staff. I had to have something printed and the man at the copy center was extremely helpful (I needed an attachment from an email printed on card stock)
He was also very quick!!!

I was pleased with the variety of items. I found the floor protectors I was looking for. Check out was fast and the cashier was friendly.
