I adore AMC movies. I haven't went to the movies much in the last few movies. I have a library of dvd of movies at home to watch. Just haven't seen any movies I want to see yet. But one day I will go to the movies again. ⁹

Movie gets 5 Stars NOT the theater. Sorry but I couldn't stomach to eat anything from concession, dirty counters, floors. Employees all standing around instead of taking a broom, gathering all the leftovers? Too many chiefs & few indians, chiefs don't want to show initiative to clean? Like it's beneath them, well that's a huge problem with older folks like me! Take responsibility for the theater/position you have & try to make it a pleasant experience for folks paying $ to come into your old run down establishment. I could enjoy the movie on an old beat up chair, it's the trash & uncleanliness that grosses us out. Do better, it's a darn shame you're located at a mall with huge revenue and yet your place is disgusting, please have some kind of pride! It's embarrassing .

Movies are pretty pricey these days so got the 8.50 matinee the new Indy Jones. Theater could not have been nicer and cleaner. Full leather seats with power reclining back and leg rest with large wide arm rests. The best thing was the sound system and WOW the sound was crystal clear and powerful. Love that!! Sound is soo important to suck you into a movie and this theater has it in spades. I think i was in theater 7. Didn't get any food or drinks.

I was pleasantly surprised after reading the reviews. Used to go here all the time as a teen, chose it for Across the Spider-Verse because it was the most convenient time. Seats were comfy, the small amount of interaction I had with employees was pleasant, no popcorn on the seats and everything looked about as clean as you can expect for a movie theater in a mall. Heck, even the child next to me was being polite. Maybe I just came on a good day, or maybe folks should cut the employees here some slack.

Carlos Jaimes help us on concessions and did an amazing job recommending are movie. He made our experience great.

It’s a nice theater! Comfortable moving chairs. A bit cold as all of them. The only lose it to Alamo because the other has waiters.

My favorite theatre to come to. I enjoy the renovated rooms with the reclining couch chairs. Very relaxing and enjoyable. They also have reserved seating that you can do ahead of time online! Their rewards program is so worth it!! Great service and they always have a good selection of movies. I'll continue to be back!

I very seldom have experienced truly outstanding customer service and phone service in life especially in this day in age of automation, however this is by far my best experience I have ever had in my 23 years of life. I have a very tedious new eating plan that I'm trying to stick to and the gentleman I spoke with was not only patient and kind but he was knowledgeable and went above and beyond to answer my dietary questions regarding popcorn, fries, mixed drinks and more. Simply amazing!! This review doesn't even do it justice! 1000/5 stars if I could, the man I spoke with needed a raise asap! (idk if I'm allowed to say names so I won't just to be safe). Thank you so much for your incredible customer service :0 :p :)

I always have a great time going to the movies here. The projection and sound systems are great. The facilities are clean and neat, and the stubs app makes it very simple to purchase tickets or food!

The pre-select on both seats and snacks on-line were the best part of the show. The theater was clean and temp was perfect. Too bad the movie was way too long and we left early. Our first time to see a movie in a theater since before covid, so it was a treat. Nice staff as well, go and enjoy!

Went to see Spider-Man no way home with my daughters. It was awesome. Except for the broken chairs they sat in. They wouldn't recline.

I've been to this AMC theater, Alamo, and Cinemax, and I like the AMC the most because the seats are great, and unlike Cinemax, you get free popcorn and drink refills. The area around the butter and drinks is somewhat sticky, though. I became a member, and my order was ready when I arrived, plus, they brought it to my seat, which was a big help because the drink was huge and hard for me to get my hand around.

Had an issue with concessions and it was professionally managed in a timely fashion by who I can only assume was the manager. Check which manager was on duty at this time so you can give him a thanks AMC team. Handles issues with hot dogs exceptionally well

I like using the Ticket Kiosk at the front. Yes, a bit impersonal but very efficient.

They have several of the Coke Freestyle machines. Large cushy chairs in the theater that kick-out.

Love private theater rentals I get to take my babies and not worry if they cry because we got the whole theater. Aside from that very clean and awesome theater only problem was that the day I went all sodas were flat. They gave me refund no problem it that's the second time I have been and soda machine no bueno fix it please.

Locates inside of the Simon Mall, next to the Cheeseca Factory. This theatre had a few layer shows than others, whi h is why I chose this theatre. There's plenty of parking in the parking lot. There were 18 theaters, and they had a Dolby theatre. The theaters are clean and in great condition. The theater has reclining seats and nice screens. The staff was also friendly.
