Rankin Physical Therapy - Hedgesville

My experience at the Hedgesville Rankin Physical Therapy was excellent. I made a great deal of progress in pool therapy and highly recommend it. The therapists and office staff were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I will definitely return if I need help again. Thank you!

This was a great experience. The office personnel was kind, ready to help on the phone or your right there. The physical therapist were always on time, always concerned how you were doing, gave you tips for home care, listen to you and you worked with all of them so each one knows what to do for your condition. Everyone was so nice and when my therapy came to the end they gave me exercises and printed them out for me. You cannot go wrong with Rankin!!

Rankin has a beautiful facility that is always spotless. There are many machines and equipment as well as a pool. The best things about Rankin are the people ! Everyone is friendly and helpful. I enjoyed having to work with a few different providers who all had great skills and personalities. I received information on lots of exercises that I could do at home also. They were great about scheduling,too.

I requested to do my PT at Rankin Physical Therapy post Knee Replacement surgery and I am so happy that I did. The entire Staff was friendly, knowledgeable & professional. They always made me feel comfortable and at ease during my Therapy Sessions. I would like to thank all of the fantastic Therapists who worked with me during my healing process. I know that I wouldn't be doing as well as I am today without their expert guidance and encouragement. It definitely wasn't easy at times, but they always helped me to push through it. I was recently a client of Rankin at the Hedgseville facility and I feel very lucky to have had such experienced and genuinely caring therapists taking care of me. I had a total reverse shoulder replacement in Oct. 2023. They worked within the protocol of my therapy instructions and never made me do anything I was not comfortable with. They were always very professional and always asked how I was doing, did I have any issues or new problems... and it was a genuine question because they do care. If I did have any issues or pain, they explained why and worked to relieve it. While we did plenty of exercises during my sessions, they were willing to give me exercises that I could do at home because the bottom line, you have to put in the work outside the facility too. My Doctor was very pleased with the progress I had made in just 1 month. I was further along than what she thought I would be. This is a facility I would highly recommend to anyone needing physical therapy. I want to thank everyone there for all there hard work in my recovery process.

I have been coming to the facility for all of my PT needs since I was a child and I couldn’t think of a better place/environment to do so. All of the therapists and staff are caring and listen to your needs. They have made me feel ten times better than I did a few months ago. I am so grateful for everyone at this facility and highly recommend them to anyone in need of therapy!

We started with debilitating fear and excessive tears and ended with a confident, happy six year old. Thank you all for the patience and kind words you have given to my little girl, for sticking with her, as I know it hasn’t always been easy. She will miss everyone but will be back to visit! ♥

After my total knee replacement the folks at Rankin helped me regain my range of motion and lower body strength with skilled therapy and caring support. Encouraging, professional, positive therapists made each session a joy. Really !

I am pleased with the treatment I received at Rankin Physical Therapy. The staff were all friendly yet professional. While my arm is not 100% better, I did make progress and my arm has improved.I have exercises to do at home on my own to help my arm continue to improve. I would recommend Rankin if you need physical therapy.

Every therapist that worked with me was great. They were professional and caring and I am grateful for their help in getting me through the recovery from my knee revision. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing physical therapy.

It was a great experience! I enjoyed everybody’s,compassionate. I was happy to get discharged, but at the same time I was sad because I wouldn’t see everybody’s happy faces! You all are doing a great job for the community. God bless you be safe!🙏🏻

Highly satisfied with the whole team. Everyone listens to concerns, adjusts plans based on performance and needs, and does it with a smile the whole time. Will go back when it’s time for my next procedure.

The Receptionist are welcoming and very efficient. They make sure all the details are handled with respect to insurance and appointments. Everyone on the care team is exceptional. They listen to your issues and concerns and work to help you find solutions. Special shout out to Will and Brooke who went above and beyond every session. This group is a 10!

This place is an amazing business! I had lower lumbar fusion surgery and my left thigh went numb and very weak.. The great employees here helped me build myself back up where I can manage now at home with the exercises given to me to do.. The employees are so amazing, kind, caring, and determined to help you get back to life again.. I definitely praise this business and would definitely recommend to anyone.. Thank you for all you do!!

The staff was amazing!! Kelsey always greeted us with a smile. Denny, Willie and Brooke always made my daughter feel right at home. I definitely would recommend them if you ever need physical therapy!!
