Found an awesome pair of shoes after over a year of being in boots and it happened to have a manufacture defect.
I brought them back almost 2 weeks later, no box, no receipt and used shoes.
Abel worked with me with expert level efficiency to locate my transaction and facilitate an exchange. I ended up getting a newer version and the travel kit to keep it clean.
I appreciate great customer service and this is one of those times where it's worth a mention. He was knowledgeable about the products and chatted me up about shoes and boots the entire time and had a lot of software knowledge that most wouldn't. 10/10

Went to pick up school shoes for my kiddo. They had everything we wanted in the sizes we needed, all employees were very helpful and attentive. Easy in and out process.

The guest experience was tailored and not just Taylor gang but in reference to making you feel apart of a club or community, I thought was pretty cool. Found a great gold and silver vans cruiser decent for its quality! Valintines day they had a suede like velvet low top that was red I liked. As you may, the staff was great and had everything in stock ready to explore. Thanks yall! Uff.

This is the way every store in the mall should be run. They acknowledge all the customers as they come in asking if there's anything they're looking for. Help them find what they need and wish him a good day. Super friendly. Super nice! I really like the store, the product and the people always will go back and look around

Visited this location for the first time, and it was great. The staff are very friendly and we found my fiance a pair of shoes within 5 minutes of being there, PLUS they were on sale. Who doesn't like a sale? We will definitely be back. OH - also the little sticker handles they add to the box of shoes IS AWESOME. Way to innovate!

Something for everybody. Their shoes hold up the best for all my kids. Clothing is great as well. Really good designs and a great selection of skateboards.

Always awesome service from the folks here. I even had a promo coupon once that wasn't ringing correctly, and I was totally willing to pay full price on my items in case I had read the small print wrong, but a supervisor was called over and honored the discount anyway! That's why I keep going back here often.

My son wanted me to pick him up some shoes while we were in Austin cause they didn't have the ones he wanted in Tennessee so when I seen the Vans Store "Off The Wall" I knew they would have em !! A very nice employee seen me looking at the pic he sent me an I was trying to figure out which ones .. They had so many Kool vans to choose from !! The miss who helped me seen the pic an helped me get the rite ones even got a vans Texas T-Shirt !! Great Service !! ✌😊

Finally found Van's in my size, really nice and helpful sale woman.
