I have had ROI manage several different projects over the years (roof replacement, paint house, replace kitchen disposal, new backyard sidewalk, replace fence gate, stone work around patio posts, replace toilets & bathroom hardware, patio addition, relocate sprinkler, etc) & always know it will be done RIGHT & to my satisfaction. No job is too small or too big.
ROI may not be the cheapest contractor, BUT the peace of mind that the job is done RIGHT, without any surprises, is worth every penny.

We found a soft spot on a part of our roof during Christmas light install. ROI gave a great assessment and was very helpful providing data to and working with our insurance. Three days total from work start to completion. They kept me well informed of the entire process and we very professional at all times.
They protected our property during the demo phase. The clean was excellent. Use ROI if you want it done right.

I purposely waited a few months to do this review as often something appears to be done well initially, but a few weeks later you realize otherwise. ROI does construction as well as roofing. They replaced my shingles and guttering last summer. Chris and his office person, Jessica, were fabulous. Chris and his family have deep roots in North Fort Worth and are an actual company, NOT some fly-by-night storm chasing scammers who do a poor job and are gone. Chris walked me through the insurance process and once I got the ball rolling, he and Jessica took over. I have a reputable, national insurance company but it is still a major pain haggling over what should be done and how much it should be. ROI took care of all of that. And I’m not a techy so this may not be a big deal, but he gave me a link that showed pictures of my house with different color shingles and gutters. As a result, I changed the color and like it much better.

ROI started the job when they stated and completed it on time. Chris tried to explain to me items outside my home that should be moved to protect them prior to them arriving but I misunderstood and did not have everything moved that should have been. The ROI crew took it upon themselves to not only carefully move the additional items but also put them back when finished. They also found some decking that needed to be replaced and took care of that. They did a great job of communicating throughout the process and cleaning up afterwards and was very considerate of my yard and possessions. I am tough to please but was very happy with the job they did. I would recommend them for anyone looking for a high quality, ethical Company.

The ROI team did a great job on our roof repair after hail damage. They brought us excellent materials options, they carried the work out promptly and with care, their crews were professional and courteous, and their communications were top-notch, including working with our insurance company, and arming us with good information when we needed to contact the insurance company. Everything was very well done!

Chris went to bat for us with our insurance company to get our claim approved. He went above and beyond and was very patient with the slow process of getting our claims check endorsed by multiple parties and cashed. His crew, with Vic leading the job was outstanding! This was a very big job with many moving parts and we couldn’t be happier. Our home exterior looks amazing and beautifully updated. Thank you Chris!

Best roofing company I’ve ever used! I’d describe them as a concierge roofing company because of their high touch service! Great communication, easy to work with, professional, and quality work! They handled everything with my insurance company and got additional work approved that the insurance company missed. This is a very well run company! My father in-law used them, I used them on my house and my mom’s house. I needed a roof replaced FAST when I was selling my mom’s house and we were in a contract period with the buyer and they got it done in the extreme heat and done on time. You can rely on this company to handle whatever you need done…they are great!!

ROI replaced our roof, gutters and replaced/repaired all of our trim. From start to finish Chris & his team were great to work with. They helped guide the entire process of getting our insurance company on board. Jerry the project manager was very helpful and he and Chris were always available for any concerns we had. ROI recently installed a new roof on my home following wind damage a few months ago. I could not be happier with the results. Through out the entire process (from meeting with the adjusters, to communicating with my insurance company, to final installation) Chris and his team were absolutely great. They also repaired some molding around a window and door inside my home (not related to the roof damage) and did a stellar job. I am planning for additional renovations and will certainly call ROI!

Chris and his team are outstanding. They don't forget about you when the job is completed. If you have a problem they are the best to come back and take care of it. I would highly recommend them.

We could not be more pleased with Chris and his team while they installed our new roof and gutters. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. Chris communicated with us and our insurance company the process was seamless. We really really appreciated everyone showing up on time and when they said they would, our project was completed very timely.

I found Chris to have a staff of project managers and employees that came to my house that were respectful of my house, my property and my time they communicated throughout the project. My project manager was named Chris as well and he came look at the job, made a plan, we adjusted the plan a couple of times, and they were accommodating of the changes. The staff when they came in the various painters, the floor guys, the electrician that ran some electrical work for us to set up a charging station for all the different electronics that we have that have to be recharged and it was a great job. They had to do some repair work on a project I started in the area and then they had to do some sheet rock they had to run the electric wiring to install some outlets, they put new tile on the floor, installed some new vanities in our bathroom as one of the changes I mentioned was a total remodel of the bathroom. And painted the bathroom for us and it was just a total transformation of the room. The transformation of our bathroom was Like I said awesome phenomenal there’s a night and day difference and it is not only does it look well but it’s also functional for us and we now have a much more efficient area for us to be able to utilize in our bathroom as me and my wife and I were a little bit more mature couple and so it’s a more efficient space for us. I love it my wife loves it and I can’t speak highly enough about Chris And their staff and Chris my project manager, in fact halfway through the project my wife started looking at how they were doing and she started saying well thinking we have some other projects we’re going to do soon as we get the funding. We’re gonna call them back and do it again they are definitely coming back to my house to help us with some more projects . Can’t speak highly enough about these guys.

They took care of everything, estimates, talking with the insurance adjuster, etc. On time and very professional and did great work. Have used them twice and will again.

edit: had them come out for a small shingle issue. Fast and nice and looks great. Would continue to call on them.

Austin Cook with ROI is a true blessing. His attention to detail, industry knowledge, and customer service put me at ease during the entire repair. The quality of work done surpassed my expectations. I was kept informed every step of the way including touching base during the recent snow storm. I was never pressured for sales but was informed of ALL options available to me to make the best choices. They worked with my insurance company directly, taking that stress off of me. Austin was on site during the repairs, came back the day after to double check for any nails/debris that may have been missed, and make sure that I was happy with the work done. If you want to be treated fairly, have impeccable work done, and deserve the very best then ROI is the company to choose!

*** I had a birds nest in my old gutters that has been there for 10+ years.
ROI did not discard the nest but instead cut that portion of the gutter,
capped it, and routed my new gutters to not disturb the nest. The birds
are back and very happy to see their old home not disturbed. See photo.

Chris and his team are wonderful! Everyone that I talked to was professional and you can tell they take pride in what they do. I needed work done quickly and they were able to accommodate those needs and kept me informed of what was going on during the entire process. Thank you for all your help. ROI Roofing & Construction completed 3 major projects for us in 2020, 2021, and 2022. In 2020, we had our downstairs bathroom remodeled to make it accessible for an elderly family member recovering from major surgery. In 2021, our home had extensive damage from a hail storm. ROI completed a large project that included replacing our roof, patio pergola, 2 garage doors, whole-house gutters, and solar screens. Then in August 2022, ROI completed another bathroom remodel, this time on the second floor.
