Had what I went to get as always

I have never had any issues at Saginaw location, they are super nice and have a great understanding of consoles and games. I've experienced bad times at other gamestop's in the area but never here. Love this location and awesome employees!

I've been to this location multiple times since I've moved to Saginaw about 13 years ago. Never once have I had a problem. Staff is very knowledgeable about every game and always know what is included in every game bundle and always tell you before you buy. The collection of games is bigger than most gamestops and I can always find what I want. One of the best gamestops in north Texas for sure

Gamestop in Saginaw TX has the most OUTSTANDING Customer service I have experienced In a VERY long time. My playstation had been out of commission for 2 months and could not find a place to honor the warrantie I payed for with my playstation! I looked all during covid lock down at 5 or 6 stores and there was a playstation shortage because of the lock down. THIS STORE in the first phonecall a Woman with a name starting with an S asked what can I do for you and ACTIVELY put out a search for me for a new playstation 4 to no availe. The second call talking now a man named Illija looked for a month to find and get me a playstation got it delivered to their store and called me to let me know they had found it! GREAT STORE GREAT SERVICE!!!! THEY DESERVE A RAISE PEOPLE!
