Always nice and friendly when I pick up my meds at the Drivethtu, and always offer assistance if i need to buy something instore

Went there for a scheduled test and I found the person who greeted me at the drive through was very helpful and pleasant to talk to. I would definitely recommend them for your screening needs! Recently I needed to see a doctor for a new test and I utilized the new minute clinic inside. I was pleasantly surprised on how professional and friendly the staff was. They treated my condition with expert care.

I have COVID. I just got married last fall and I don’t have a PCP through my new insurance yet. I tried to go to my husband’s, but they would not see me for a telemedicine appointment because I’ve never seen them in person. They told me to come back when I’m healed!?! They said I could go to an urgent care clinic. I explained I’m highly contagious, and to do so would be unforgivably irresponsible! They didn’t budge, but had already wasted my whole morning on phone calls as no one was totally clear on their policy. Then I was told by my daughter’s mother-in-law about her CVS experience. I was able to book a same-day appointment with a nurse practitioner, got an antiviral and a cough suppressant prescribed, and didn’t put anyone else in danger in the process. This is how it should work! CVS has had their game figured out better than anybody else through COVID! So grateful for their sensible, organized approach.

CVS has gotten so much better recently. Jennifer is a TRUE ROCKSTAR! I am Type 1 diabetic and it's a nightmare navigating health insurance coverage and meds. She took the time to help me and that just doesn't happen anymore. I appreciate her caring! Good Job!

Always a great shopping experience at this location. I’ve seen the same staff for the past few years which is a good sign. Tamara is an employee that comes to mind because she is always kind and helpful.

The cashier greeted us immediately upon our entering and asked if we needed assistance which I actually did. I had printed out photos and just wanted to pick them up. I inquired about a photo book which she talked me through one of their programs which would give me $10 off up front that I could use towards the photo book. She was super helpful!

I’m not sure why this place has such bad reviews. I didn’t read them. All I know is that Rick is THE MAN. I just stopped by for passport photos, was in a huge rush, didn’t tell him that, didn’t have to. He’s fast, polite, and get things done without wasting any time. Five out of five. Thank you Rick, you made my day so much easier! Keep up the hard work. It takes hard work to take breaks :-)

I didn't use the pharmacy on my visit. I'm from out of town and needed a few things. Maybe the pharmacy and store should be rated separately because we had the sweetest lady wait on us on the evening of July 4th. She was very helpful and informative. Will definitely go to that drug store when visiting my family that has just relocated here to Saginaw. Great town btw.

I have not had any issue with this CVS location. I use the app, so it informs me when my RX is ready. I'm usually late in picking it up, so I've never had to wait. Never had any discrepancies in my medications.

Not my usual pharmacy, but I had to get some unusual meds for a delicate performance issue and I couldn't risk seeing anyone from church. Andre was very compassionate, understanding, and promised not to tell my pastor. 10/10

We switched to this CVS because out insurance changed - they are so much better then the Walgreens down the road! They are always nice, fast, and go out of their way to to help you out. If they don't have the prescription, then they will order it for you or can usually tell you when it will come in.

They are an extremely busy pharmacy but so are the other local pharmacies. People complain about the wait but fail to see how understaffed they are at times and yet they remain pleasant to interact with.

Pharmacy can be a bit slow, but they are accurate to the nth degree. Staff is helpful. Store is clean, and jeepers they have a LOT of stuff!!

ALEXIS Is Super Helpful, Friendly and knowledgeable!! She set me up with my CarePass and quickly took care of all my questions and ringed up my groceries items as well!!! BRAVO TEAM AND BRAVO ALEXIS!!!

I always get good service, and the wait time is no different than any other location I've been to. Clean store and now evenore organized since remodeled.

This location has the best staff! So incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Gwen, tamra, and Declan are all sensational! I love shopping here.
