This has been a good experience. Every instructor is top notch. I have learned so much. The staff is encouraging and helpful. I was so afraid of the treadmill, but they kept close and started me out slow. Everyone claps when you have a major accomplishment. At least major to you.

My boys (3 and 18 months)both love Mrs Kristen. The office staff is super nice and know exactly who they are before I even make it to the counter. The boys gets super excited and WANT to go. I can not rave enough about the progress and experience they have had in the past year

My son gets excited every Tuesday becuz he loves both of his therapist. Everyone there are incredible nice and friendly.

Definitely avoid Michael because he caused me to be in more pain and pushed me to go harder with my wrist, and yes I had surgery on 6/3/22
