Linda is always such a wonderful resource, and also friendly and extra helpful!!! As a real estate agent, getting accurate deeds, maps, etc. can be very important and also in a time pressure situation. Having Linda on speed dial can really save the day sometimes!! I feel so fortunate!!!

Had a great experience at the clerks office , first time I had ever been in a deed room and I had the most helpful and knowledgeable person, she really knew how to navigate through the system to give me a quick look through deeds that went as far back as 1938. I know people are busy with what they already have in front of them before a person sees me walk in the door not knowing where to start, no computer can help a person get what you need that fast! I felt great knowing that there is still people out there willing to take a little time to help someone , Thanks Linda!

When it came to getting deed information on a property my fiance and I were looking to buy, we worked with Linda. She is friendly, patient, professional, and obtained what information we were looking for in a timely manner. Highly recommend her for your property info needs!

I've worked for 31 years for the Department of Environmental Protection in Pennsylvania and covered 35 counties. I've been to courthouses in probably the majority of them. I have never found anybody like Linda except one in Indiana County PA. A girl named Karen. These two make going to a courthouse so much better because although I do my own work they are very supportive and have such a great Pleasant atmosphere about them. I now work as a consultant for tetratech engineering and they selected me because of my experience. I hope you believe that the experience I have in real estate for over 53 years also lends me to want to hire her LOL. I know that's a conflict of interest but she is very wonderful person and very knowledgeable thank you for your wisdom and selecting her for your staff.

Linda has helped me twice with grace and speed. Without her I would never have found my grandparents marriage certificate (she suggested I look in Oakland,
ND because many West Virginians eloped there). Also, in literally 3 minutes she was able to correct a mistaken wedding date we had for my brother. Thanks a million MCC team!

I have been researching my family history and my first visit to the court house was a success! Linda helped me to navigate through the deeds and documents that I was looking for. She also gave me her business card so that I could contact her with any further questions, which I did....once again very helpful. Thank You!

I am from Pittsburgh Pa and I have to tell you that the staff at the County Clerks office are second to none in politeness, helpfulness, and patience. I am speaking specifically of Linda, who is in the records department and worked with me on the phone for 45 minutes walking me through various ways of finding a record of my cemetery plots which were purchased in the 80’s. Linda had to spoon feed me directions to the various ways of looking for the information I sought, and at times had to have extreme patience while I looked for the icons to click on. She reassured me several times that we were in no hurry, and that she was there to help me. Where I am from, when you talk to any county office, you get the feeling of being a second class citizen, and ‘the bums rush’, but at the Monongalia County Clerks office, the staff and especially Linda in records talked to me as if I were somebody, and not second class. I have to credit management for hiring people who have wonder customer service skills like Linda, which are so lacking in the world today. THANK YOU! Braden Blosser

Linda with the records room is an absolute gem. She took the time to inform me about the records and to walk me through a "vault search." I've spoken with several Clerk's Offices, and Linda was by far the most pleasant and helpful individual with whom I've interacted.

I’ve been working on a long research project, and Linda has been the most help out of the entire state!! She was able to find the documents and even the specific pages I was wanting. She also gave me a rundown on how the record books are sorted so I’ll have an easier time if I need more data. Thanks again Linda!

Working online at the Monongalia County Clerk's website has meant contacting them often about various items. I have spoken with Erika and Lydia several times and they were always professional, courteous and helpful. I've spoken with Linda both by phone and in person and she has been invaluable. I just can't express how wonderful these women are and how much care they take in helping others. Thank you to the County Clerk for hiring such awesome women. I sent an email needing assistance with finding Documents. I got a timley phone call to assist same day. Linda was wonderful, went above and beyond in assisting me. Not only did she teach me how to use the website, but was able to explain in details on everything! So helpful, kind and understanding. One of the best Cpunt Clerks I have worked with ever.

Needed info on several different deeds. Called Clerks office and was directed to Linda. Well Linda had the patience of a saint as she helped me navigate titles search, on the phone for more then ten minutes! Far more help than expected! Thanks Linda!

Linda in the records department has been extremely helpful on several occasions in my search of the records. She has saved me much frustration and time. Additionally, I have observed her working with others in a professional, friendly manner.

Online and in person title research in Mon County can sometimes be challenging, like many places in WV. Anytime I have questions about something I can't seem to find, or want to see if I'm missing something/overlooking something I need, Linda is always Johnny on the spot when it comes to trying to help.
