Chuck's Furniture & Mattress

Went into Chuck's Furniture to look for a sofa. We found exactly what we were looking for, were treated very good, not pushed to buying what we didn't want. The sales associate was very pleasant, had patience, and very professional. We looked about an hour before we found what we wanted, and were very pleased with the purchase. Thank you Chuck's, the sofa looks great. Recommended!

This is the edit to the edit below. Just two days shy of a month and I have the furniture I ordered. Perfect. Fabrics. Style. Those are really the assumptions - what is stellar are the folks who are the “helpers” in the world. Everyone who I have worked with are the best at what they do. Thank you again to Angela and Shawn, the folks in the office, the fine crews who brought everything to the house.

EDIT, 2/28/24. Two years ago I received the furniture described below. Yesterday I traveled to Morgantown with the intention of beginning to look for some chairs/ottoman/table/lamp for a room that was part of a massive renovation in 2023. Always greeted upon entry to the 3 story collection of all kinds of styles, Angela said she would help if …. So I showed her a rug that is already in place in the new space, and one could just see her design wheels engage! Yesterday I was able to make the decisions, and two of the chairs are special ordered. I have done special orders here before and have never been disappointed! Thank you Angela!!!!!!! And to think two years ago I thought my outfitting my home was complete! I recommend this store, and Angela and Shawn, and the delivery staff, and all of the efficient folks in the office. No detail is omitted. It is a five star experience for sure. I am beyond grateful!!!!!!!

This is a wonderful place to find just what suits. In the the summer of 2021, I began considering furniture for living and dining rooms. Shawn, my consultant, was a perfect fit for me. She helped me to consider the space in my home along with color palette. Coming out of the most severe part of the pandemic, I custom ordered sofa, chairs, tables for living room and a handcrafted dining table. I waited 11 months, which I knew I was going to do.
The furniture was delivered today. Everything is wonderful; the fellows were efficient and courteous and polite and and and.
I live 90 minutes from Morgantown. Shawn has been a godsend and delight to work with, as is everyone who works there.
I recommend them without hesitation or reservation.

Chucks has amazing furniture!!! Went to just look around and ended up with a beautiful table- in stock and delivered next day!!! Delivery crew were extremely cautious and wanted it just right!! Just a great experience all around!!! Shawn was our salesperson and she was awesome. Not at all pushy and took her time with us. Will definitely be back!!!

We went into the store just browsing and actually found something we thought might work for our space. Shawn was so helpful in giving us time to decide / adding valuable points to help us make a decision either way. We appreciated her great customer service and will absolutely be back in the future!

I just love my new recliner! So comfy and perfect for my room. 5 stars for the delivery men. They were so careful with the delivery and extremely knowledgeable. Even had a little gift bag. Love the wooden coasters! The entire purchase was exceptional.

Chuck's Furniture was great when we selected two sitting chairs for our teading room, but the manufacturer could not get the original fabric anymore for the style chair we wanted. Robert was very informative and helpful reviewing alternative materials then completed the special order for us providing their veteran benefit.

Everyone was so kind at Chuck’s. They let us shop on our own, but let us know they’d be there to help if we needed them! Darlene worked with us as we were buying our tv stand, and she was incredible! So helpful and very sweet.

Purchased a Parker House sectional around 3 yrs ago. The first few months we found stitching coming loose on one of the pieces. We called Chucks they replace the defective section. No questions ask very happy with the product and service. We just ordered 2 more sections just today. It's been 3yrs the sectional still looks brand new.

My husband and I went in Friday evening to look at couches. We got to walk around the building and take our time with looking at the inventory. It was very nice to just wonder around and not feel rushed. We fell in love with a couch and loveseat duo and took home the measurements to ensure it would fit in our home. We called on Sunday and ordered the set, Chucks was able to deliver the NEXT DAY! We were shocked and had our new living room set by mid Monday morning. Definitely recommend Shawn, she is very personable and made the experience for us! We ABSOLUTELY recommend Chucks to anyone looking for furniture! Thank you!!

We’ve spent a small fortune with Chuck’s in the past 2 1/2 years, but they have such great pieces of furniture that it’s hard not to keep coming back. Excellent and knowledgeable employees working at Chuck’s makes the whole experience even nicer. Highly recommended!

I was in the search for living room furniture that I was insistent on having a specific fabric for and poor Mackenzie got stuck with me! Lol! She spent two days totaling over 4 hours being patient with me and helping me coordinate styles of fabric, furniture, and pillows!! She is a very lovely young lady and made the experience wonderful and fun!! I’ve shopped at Chucks for years and always will!
