Santos Coffee Hoover

My daughter's future mother-in-law reserved this Santos Coffee House for a private wedding shower and it was wonderful! The staff was so kind and allowed my other daughter (the maid of honor) and all the hostesses to arrive an hour early to set up decorations and favors as the staff set up the pastries and breakfast sandwiches. There were about 60 people in attemdance and we were all comfortable. Everyone had a great time and commented what a great idea it was to have the shower there!

Lovely local cafe with onsite roasted coffees. Friendly folks, tons of seating indoors and out.

I took my 4yr old daughter here for some daddy daughter time and we had a great time! I got her a kids smoothie and she loved it! I went to pay and realized I forgot my wallet at home, so dug up the change I had out of my truck and the manager covered the rest. He even gave me a black coffee for free. I guess he knew I was a dad of 2 little ones ha ha. The staff was so helpful and friendly! Then I went back 2 weeks later and purchased several bags of their coffee beans for bday presents and for myself. Great coffee, atmosphere, yummy muffins, smoothies, and a drive thru if you are in a hurry!

I got a lavender almond milk latte, and the taste was light enough that it wasn’t overpowering but strong enough to be a nice flavorful tongue punch. The inside was full of open seating and good lighting; a nice and peaceful atmosphere to study and relax in. Highly recommend.

We Went here 3 times during our visit to Birmingham. Staff was energetic and friendly. The Food and drinks were great. Their Chipotle mayonnaise was delicious on the breakfast sandwich. Its also a favorite hangout for my father and his friends who live nearby.

Omg!!! Love this place! Best coffee ever and we love coffee!!! We had the Cafe Maya (spicy little kick was awesome) . Also had the Gelato coffee.. would have liked more coffee in it.. mostly Gelato. Had the healthy bowl which was sooooo freaking good with eggs, avocado, chicken, rice, beans, spicy Mayo.. can't wait to have that again. Went back 2nd day and had spicy chicken on Naan bread.. was pretty good.. maybe 7 out of 10. Heavy, but good.

5 out of 5 always and forever! Best local coffee shop! I love their Latté Shake! Their affogato too is mouth melting! The baristas are so friendly! Love the ambiance inside as well! 💗

Went in on a Saturday morning for coffee and their sweet crêpe.
Ample indoor and outdoor seating.
Service is quick and efficient. Staff are really friendly and helpful too.

Good coffee, the coffee kind and not sugary. The lavendar latte was really good, the Nutella latte was ok as nutella does not really melt in a cold drink. The croissant was awesome and the muffin we tried was delicious.
The location has a great ambiance.

Today’s order was french toast topped with fresh cut strawberries, whipped cream and maple syrup with a small cup of drip coffee accented by vanilla flavoring and heavy cream.

Great, wonderful coffee shop. Nice sit downs. Got ice caramel latte and a blueberry muffin my first time here.

Working on the go alot and found this place.. amazing atmosphere and omg the healthy food choices are to die for!

It was not too expensive, very healthy, and has a great atmosphere. I definitely recommend this place to people, especially vegetarians, vegans, and people trying to lose weight.

Absolutely phenomenal! Great local coffee shop vibe and excellent drinks. Highly recommend making a visit if you are in the area.

The sausage egg and cheese croissant was amazing and the frozen mocha was even better. Would definitely go there again.

This was a first time visit for us. The shop has a nice atmosphere, the service personnel are friendly and efficient. The coffee is excellent. We really enjoyed our visit.

Nice location with plenty of seating. Wide selection of drink options, hot and cold. Sweat treats in the pastry case.

We decided to try the Banana Pudding Square. OH MY GOODNESS!! I will definitely get that again as it was delicious!! Can't wait to try the Mocha Milkshake and hope they get Pumpkin Spice flavors!!

Had the caramel latte hot with a shot of vanilla. Really good coffee. Better than Starbucks any day.

i had a wonderful experience! great service, great quality of drinks, and the aesthetic of the whole coffee shop is excellent. i know the staff is shared with other stores, so the entire franchise gets my support from here on out!

(update) 7/23/2023: my boyfriend and i returned to this location, but this time we used the drive-thru and our barista, amelia, was an ANGEL! constantly impressed with the atmosphere and energy of this location!
