I am not sure why there are so many negative reviews. Be nice to people, they are nice to you. They have also gone out of their way at times to correct issues. I have been dealing with the sewer office for years all the ladies have been nothing but nice and professional.

Not sure why everyone is only leaving 1 star reviews. I called here before and today went in the office and everyone i spoke to was very nice and helpful.
Tip: if you are nice and courteous to people then they will be nice to you too.

Due dates are all over the place. They use an accounting calendar for due dates and they shift constantly. They make their choice for what calendar they are using the customer's problem. They intentionally create situations where they can shut off the water. They intentionally don't turn water back on after the bill is paid and have started locking the meters to make customers wait, to punish them for not paying on time. If you have a leak be careful about the payment agreement. Make them write the actual next upcoming payment date and amount on the agreement. Be careful, they play games with what next payment due means. They also don't flush the lines correctly because they're too lazy to go to the end and will open the easiest or closest hydrant, and sediment gets washed down the line -- that's small enough to pass through filter screens. It ruins people's water heaters, appliances, and shower heads. They have had several complaints about sediment in the water to the state. Also there has been no refund of the EPA fine they had to pay for intentionally not following regulations, the ratepayers have to pay for their arrogance, along with building a new water building they don't need to own.

Nothing like having several pump trucks lined up in your front yard because the pump station isn't working correctly The wonderful sound of the pumps running ALL NIGHT LONG, haven't had a minutes sleep in two days due to the roar. Lovely having company coming over to park in the mud. I'm getting tired of it Curtis!

If customers are expected to pay their bills by a certain date or pay a penalty, then billing statements needs to be posted the same day each month.

Very rude and ignorant front desk lady who answers the call. One of them has always been extremely nice. The other sounds like an older lady is very rude and snippy on the phone. Shut our water for when it was paid the same morning. Man who came to shut it up didn’t want to wait to see receipt that we paid water. Now won’t be turned back on till following morning. Just very disturbing and sad how we are always very kind and people can be so rude. Having a baby in the house makes it even more sad they didn’t even care hen it’s shown right there and then it was paid.

Apparently they won’t knock on your door so you can pay the bill. If you forgot then you had to wait 24 hours for them to turn it back on. They wouldn’t have a job if we didn’t pay our bill, horrible customer service. They obviously aren’t here for America.

They overcharged my account, typing in $1200 for my over the phone payment for a bill that should be $120. Then had the nerve to give me attitude when rectifying the problem. It took several trips and me speaking to others and finally all was fixed. Something's off though with the operation.

Water bills, which are already ludicrously high, will be increasing by 50% over the next 5 years.

Why are sewer charges 62% of every bill?

This utility provider's monthly statements have variating due dates, thus is difficult to anticipate the due dates, which aren't printed on their invoice stubs. Its kind of like an entrapment situation. Unfortunately there's not a choice when it comes to utilities. And Lord help you if your payment is a day delayed in the mail like during Covid. They apparently think that they are above circumstance.

I was informed 2 weeks ago that there is a leak in my area that needed to be repaired. When the repair was done outside on my lawn they damaged the line for my Xfinity. My Comcast Xfinity services my television, internet, phone and alarm system. Xfinity has to repair these underground lines which will take 3 weeks. I spoke with Linda who was rude and disrespectful. She didn't have any compassion for the inconvenience they caused me. I told her I work from home and now I have to try to see if I'm able to pay additional fees from my cell phone company to purchase more data to do my job at home. She laughed and said we are not paying for that. I asked her what was her full name and she stated while screaming at me I'm not giving you nothing. I asked to speak to her Supervisor and she said I DON'T HAVE ONE! I said everybody has a Manager. She said I have a Executive Director, so I asked her what is her name. She said no need to get her involved then she hung up on me.

Online they will show you set up with auto pay and nothing due, then they'll email overdue demand for immediate payment because bank returned ACH charge. On phone they tell you everyone receives the threat pro forma.

What a screwy accounting program

To the person that gave the "Tip" I was nice and courteous but they ate difficult to deal with. I really wish there was someone else I could go with. As much as I pay for sewer this is ridiculous!
