Martinsburg "cops" are just as dirty as everyone else. Iv got video of cops misusing there emergency lights in town just to get threw a light! This police station needs help badly!! Iv seen a few units violate the laws. A friend of mine was arrested for something that happend awhile back, as he should own up for his wrong doing. Well he got out on bond the next day and went home. He got in his car and did not even pull out and a Martinsburg "cop" pulled up and said he had a warrant... and he never did. So it toke 5 cops to realize that he did not have any warrants. And just so you know I do have respect for the police but when there dirty and don't respect anyone then there don't deserve the title as a police officer.
