WVU Medicine Urgent Care

Scheduled an urgent care visit & on way was notified of delayed appointment… waited in car until time to check in… wait was a bit longer than expected (however, they were really busy). Nurse was very professional & thorough… saw doctor in a timely fashion… he was very helpful & explained his treatment plan.

My first visit here for my 1 year old at the end of November, the dr didn't really take my concerns seriously but I went back today and the dr that saw her was so accommodating to my feelings, he made me feel heard and that's huge as parents of sick children can often be led to feel disregarded by drs. It was parent to parent, and I loved that. He helped more than any dr from any urgent care or er has ever helped and I am so so grateful.

Phenomenal!!! I went in on a holiday (July 4th). Didn't wait more than 5 minutes in the waiting room. Was called back, assessed, diagnosed and out the door in under an hour. The staff was amazing! The receptionist, nurse and practitioner were all very friendly, listened to my concerns and didn't make me feel small or stupid for going in with an ear ache. They were very compassionate when I explained I needed to deal with this issue that day since the next day my family and I had to make funeral arrangements for my MIL. I wish they had a family practice. I live in Berkeley Springs, but would make the drive to Spring Mills to have the wonderful service provided.

Staff is always compassionate and attentive. Scheduling an appointment is always easy and the wait is usually never too long.

My experiences with WVU urgent care has been steller. The compassion the staff has is unique and very much appreciated. The drs have been amazing and very helpful.

I’ve been there 3 times. Once for me. Once for my oldest. Once for my middle child. They were quick, professional, relational, and knowledgeable. They even followed up in a few days to see how we were doing. We have PEIA insurance and they recently switched to no copay which was great! Only downside is you don’t know which Dr. you are seeing, but everyone was great. Highly recommend!!!

I have been taking my kids to see Amanda Mills and Dr. Ainsworth at the WVU medicine and pediatrics at Spring Mills. They are both wonderful and take the time they need during the visit instead of rushing you out of the office like some places do. I highly recommend both of them.

Went here after work today first time there receptionist was very helpful and professional and Jessi the provider was patient and knowledgeable and answered all my questions definitely coming back here again my first choice for urgent care

I had a great experience with customer service, the nurse, and the doc. I was in and out and I actually felt sick and home now sick but they got me diagnosed.

We see Amanda Mills here I have a 5 month old and I love her is patient and on top of any of my concerns! Couldnt ask for anything better!!
