Decent rooms, nothing really to write home about. Great options for the hot breakfast. The rooms are a bit beat up, tub was chipped and sink was cracked. But both fully functional. Let me tell you though the water pressure here is amazing. Definitely one of the best showerhead/pressure situations. I'd stay there again just for the shower. Comfortable beds and friendly staff. Everything does seem to have the slight hint of smoke to it, it's ever so slight (barely noticeable). We found out the next morning, that there's a restaurant nearby that is the source of the smoke/smell and I guess just over the years it's permeated the hotel. I'd have no problem staying here again. Easy location to jump back on the highway again.

Great pricing, safe location, hot and delicious breakfast.
I appreciated that the lights were bright outside so I wasn't worried about people breaking into my car. The breakfast was amazing: Waffles, sausage, eggs - wonderful! The price was very competitive for a huge room. The only downside was some people were smoking weed and parts of hotel reeked.

I had a very positive experience at the Comfort Inn. The staff were wonderful and welcoming. My room was comfortable and clean. My only complaint was the shower. There was used soap left in the shower and soap scum on the shower floor. The shower head looked like it had not been cleaned for some time. Good thing I carry my own cleaning supplies when I travel. If needed, I would stay there again.

The workers that helped me were awesome. It smells so good there and it was so, so, so, so much better than Tour Way Inn. Go here people...it's comfortable. We missed breakfast but there's a buffet and seafood place across the street. The VA is right next door, Waffle house down the street. EVERYTHING YOU NEED IS RIGHT THERE!

My stay at Comfort Inn was all too brief, as I arrived late and had to check out early to head to the next city on my tour. However, I still have plenty of great things to say about this property.

The check-in process was quick and the person working at the front desk was super friendly. We enjoyed free parking at this location and felt safe about leaving our van under the bright lights in the parking lot. Our room was spacious and offered all of the usual amenities, along with a mini refrigerator and microwave. We enjoyed watching Jersey Shore on the big screen HD television. We also woke up in time to try the continental breakfast, which was delicious and complimentary.

I would definitely stay here again! After a long day on the road, we were greeted by a very nice man at the front desk- quick and painless! The room was clean and the beds were SO comfy. Just what we needed after a long day of travel. Breakfast was great! And we continued to deal with kind and attentive staff right up until we checked out.

Amazing rooms, smell and looks great. Top quality room with flawless standards. My bed was very comfortable and I slept like a baby! The staff were super friendly and helpful with my luggage which wasn’t necessary but greatly appreciated. Food was delicious especially breakfast, it was tasty and had a wide variety. Thank you pat!!! Can not fault this place. I would highly recommend this place as the price of my room was affordable and worth paying for. Thank you for my delightful stay.

Friendly, comfortable and low key.

I stayed at this Comfort Inn for a night while on tour and I couldn't have asked for more. The front desk staff was polite and my room was clean with a surprisingly comfortable bed. I had to leave really early the following morning and they already had hot coffee and the entire continental breakfast spread (with healthy choices) out at 5am which was nice. Also, for fellow travelers, there's tons of food, gas and whatever else you may need conveniently located near this property. 10/10 I would recommend this place.

I was picking up a friend who had stayed at the hotel, actually. I walked in the front doors and was greeted by the desk clerk worker, who was very friendly and informative. I rode the elevator up two floors and was greeted by the cleaning staff. The room was well equipped and clean and very comfortable. I especially liked the bathroom with its clean lines and its dark wooden furniture. Overall, I really enjoyed the place and would definitely stay here.

This is a great Comfort Inn; it’s either new or recently remodeled (can’t tell - that’s a good thing!) plenty off parking that can accommodate a large vehicle. Rooms were larger than average and featured a refrigerator and microwave. I really enjoyed the outdoor pool as it was a scorcher outside. Great location right off of the interstate around plenty of dining options (including some late-night spots). I was able to hold out for the complimentary breakfast which included all the favorites and hot items as well. Staff was super cordial. All in all we had a great experience and got the recharge we needed to make it to the next concert to perform at. I highly recommend this hotel.

Just stayed there for a 2nd time- once again great room, service and a good experience. Clean room quiet, friendly staff and free breakfast. I had a great stay here, I needed to be up very early and found the hotel to be very quiet and clean, complimentary breakfast was ready at 6 am. The room included a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. I found the bed and sheets very comfortable, the TV was a new flat screen and they even have fruit-infused water at check in. Top notch!

This hotel was great, perfect for a quiet place to sleep after traveling. The rooms were big and clean and the breakfast in the morning was a nice surprise. The staff was very accommodating and helpful as well. Really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it!

This was a really nice hotel in suburban Birmingham, right of the interstate. It was very close to restaurants and retail, which was good because we had to pick up a few things while we were traveling. The staff was super helpful getting us checked in and settled to our room. There was a nice kitchen area that had water and snacks for the guests. Wifi worked great and there was a microwave and refrigerator in the room. We actually were up early enough to catch the continental breakfast and everything was great and clean and the staff was helpful. We would definitely stay here again, this is a very clean, comfortable, accommodating hotel.

We didn't check in until later at night, but upon arrival, we had a warm welcome. Free parking, WiFi, & breakfast are all provided. The room was very clean with toiletries, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, blow dryer, and iron all provided. The TV included HBO. The water didn't take long to get hot and the shower was roomy. After staying in several hotels with ridiculously flat pillows, it was nice to see they provided normal-sized pillows that supported our heads nicely. The location of the hotel was great as well. We'd highly recommend it to anyone passing through Birmingham, Alabama.

Always a good experience when I stay here. I will say that if you're wanting a hotel with a true late check out this isn't it. I requested a late check in when I stayed mother's day weekend and he said 11:30 was the latest. Just say you don't offer it.

Affordable, clean, and comfy! We were in town for the night on a business trip, so this was the perfect place for the night. The staff was helpful and greeted us warmly. The hotel was convenient to shops and restaurants, and a Walmart. The hotel was easy to access, and parking was a breeze. The rooms were spacious and clean. We will definitely return on our next trip to Birmingham.

Showed up on a holiday weekend with no reservation. The front desk rep was awesome, extremely professional, nice, and above all very helpful. She also signed me up for their Choice rewards when I thought I'd already done that. Will definitely stay there again when I'm in town.
