Steve Coup is an amazing personal trainer who works with me and my mom separately and/or together. She is 82 years old, and I am 46 years old. His specialty is personal training, but his understanding of nutrition, physiology, anatomy, safety awareness, and cultural awareness provides a holistic approach you will learn from. Steve is passionate about helping others and makes sure my mom and I have safe and beneficial exercise experiences. The facility and other employees of Pro Performance RX at Mylan Park create the perfect exercise experience.

Best gym in Morgantown. Many selection of equipment dumbbells and racks. People are nice the staff are amazing. Price is great, you get access to 3 different locations. Can’t complain.

First of all thanks for those who are working in pro performance and being open during this pandemic is really a great thing. The place is big you will find almost everything you need to train. The machines are always clean the floors as well. Parking is never an issue. There are a lot of facilities that you can access such as the soccer field. The staff are so friendly and helpful. My over all experience is positive and I would recommend this gym to any one. Also they have more than one branch and each one has a special thing about it which is cool.

They've been an amazing gym for years! The workers are friendly and knowledgeable, and they have the best assortment of equipment and expertise needed in every sport imaginable! I've learned and grown over the years, and in no small part to this place!

Best gym in Morgantown maybe the world. It's the only gym in town that has free weights. So who are these other jokers that are calling themselves gyms and no free weights. I think in order to call yourself a gym you must have the free weights . Well pro has them. So if your looking to get jacked this is your only option. Fymfs

They have every machine you could want to use here. The downstairs powerlifting section has plenty of racks and stations for heavy lifting and the upstairs has lots of machines and a small CrossFit section. The full sized indoor turf field is also accessible for sprints and circuits if it’s not being used by a team or event. It is indoor but does not have heating so you might need to wear sweats when using it in the winter. I highly recommend using this facility if you are serious about lifting and need access to nearly all of the fitness equipment you could want.

I have enrolled my grandsons at this facility. They love it. The staff is very knowledgeable and attentive to them. This was a great decision to bring them here.

Great gym, great staff. Lots of programs for weight loss and muscle/strength gain. It's where you go if your serious about fitness. They won't give you pizza but they will (if you let them) show you how to meet your goals.

Been like a second home for my son, with flag football, Redbirds baseball, conditioning, etc. We really appreciate the staff and the facilities. It truly is a gem for our community.

The best athletes train with Pro Performance professionals. You also may just use your momthly membership to attend any of the Gym locations around Morgantown.

Very nice and well established physical therapy business. They gave have 2 floors of gyms and many other rooms. They offer therapies that I haven't seen at others. They even have a small cafeteria on site.

This is a great place for training. The staff is knowledgeable and work well with young kids. If your kids play sports, I highly recommend them to help take your child's game to the next level!

Its huge and nice but the softball fields are cold but the actual gym part is pretty nice. It's modern looking and its beautiful.

I love this place everyone is soooooo nice they work with your schedule an Dr.Lynch is the greatest doctor ever he actually listens to you and actually helps you. Hands down the best place to go. Im a patient I recommend it 😀 love Mary D.

Our travel team played in an indoor softball 14u tournament. Clean restrooms field was in good shape.

It loiked nice from outside and seemed like alot of people. I didnt go in iwas outside metal detecting

A great facility for moving weight. They have almost anything you can think of. If you are serious about fitness, this is the facility for you.
